 + -1 moreScheduling was a breeze and they came exactly when I wanted them to. The woman doing the scheduling was polite, cheerful, and helpful. (It was not an emergency so I had flexibility, but I asked for a specific time and date, and that was no problem.) They arrived promptly, fixed the problems, and explained everything to me. They checked with me first before they installed the low-flow aerator which they recommended. (This is a Green Plumber company, so they work to help customers save water, which is always good in the desert.) They were clean, polite, and put everything back where it was and cleaned up. You couldn't even tell they'd been there, except that everything worked because they fixed it! Also, they were very careful when going in and out to shut the door, which was great because I had told them I had a cat and I didn't want her to get out. Some tradesmen are not good about that, even when I ask them specifically to be careful.
Description of Work: Anthony and Sean came out and fixed a toilet that wasn't flushing properly and a sink that wasn't draining well. They suggested I have a low-flow aerator on the faucet to save water, which I OK'd. To fix the sink they cleaned the trap, adjusted the mechanism which controls the drain stopper, and installed the low-flow aerator. To fix the toilet (which is a water-saving model) they adjusted the pressure mechanism. The charge was for the sink; the toilet was under warranty and they fixed that without additional charge or any hassle about it.
