Andy was prompt and professional and had the fence repaired in good time. The price was fair. I will most definitely use Ronnies Handyman in the future.

The work was slow in getting completed, the response time was slow, and we ended up with the company sending a person who did not actually work for Ronnies. In all, the experience was not very good. In addition, the worker left the old wood in the yard even though he said he would remove it.

We were unable to close and latch the front door. If we used the deadbolt, it was extremely difficult to lock & unlock. We called Ronnie's in the morning, they had a repairman out that same afternoon. They worked with our schedules as both my husband & myself had other appointments AND their technician needed to leave early for a graduation. The technician arrived, fixed the problem and checked out the lock itself and was done in less than 30 minutes. My husband was quite impressed with the technician's skill, knowledge and professionalism. We will definitely use Ronnie's again!!!!

The office went out of their way to get me an appointment. Arrived on time. Quickly diagnosed the problem. Ran to get the part and was done in an hour. Nice guy. Thanks! Will use again if needed.

It was awesome! Tim was very nice and respectful. He was quick and asked me exactly where I wanted things placed. he cleaned up after himself. They were very reasonable in their prices.. They were not trying to rip anybody off like some companies out there. I will Happily hire them again in the future. I will also recommend them to other people.

Made appointment over 10 days ago. No show and wasted my Time waiting. No phone call, no communication.

See above complaint. The provider was scheduled to provide a bid between 12 pm and 2 pm. Employee called and left message that he was going to be later but would call when en route. He never called back and never showed up. I took off an entire 12 hour shift to meet him, missed his call while outside getting the mail and never heard from them. UPDATE: The bidder called to say he'd be late. He said he'd call with an approximate time of arrival and then never called and never showed up. The only reason I chose this company was due to the positive marking on their website from this website. I lost over 600.00 dollars in missing my shift. Using Angie's List has so far cost me money and garnered me nothing in return. As it is my first experience with both AL and Ronnie's, I will disregard them both in the future.

On Monday, Sean & Keith removed the old entertainment center virtually intact. Habitat for Humanity was glad to have it. I was surprised since I thought it would have to be demolished to get it out. They immediately set to work framing out the new entertainment center based on my vague ideas. On Tuesday, they completed the framing and began with drywall. I purchased the mounting bracket for the TV and they built a false wall to support it. Also ran the electricity. On Wednesday, they finished with the drywall, installed the corner bead, taped it and textured everything. Il did not have them do the final paint, since I had a painter lined up for that job. They finished up on Thursday, mounting the TV and components. A perfect fit all around. They also did some rain leak repair in our garage (part of the contract) and fixed a leaky faucet in our guest bathroom (not part of contract). Sean & Keith worked fast with a minimum of disruption, and they knew what they were doing. I highly recommend Ronnie's Handyman & Home Service.

Not a fan. The estimate did not include the price of the materials. It was listed as TBD. Meaning to be determined. I felt duped.

Their service man touted his abilities to be able to help. The quote was 4 times what it cost us to repair the damage ourselves.

It was a little more bizarre than I expected, but it turned out well.the job was a little strange on my part but they made it work

Once we got a date, punctual and good service. I think it is a little pricy, but I think there may be room for negotiation. For example the replacement of three light fixtures was done in less than one hour and I might have been able to negotiate it. I had the pleasure of having the owner's son do the work. I would suggest that they get golf shirts with the company name. I was a little hesitant to open the door without seeing a truck with the company name. Just a suggestion.

Ronnie was very professional and responsive. He initially came to give us a free estimate and his office provided a quick estimate for us via email. Yesterday, he returned for the work within scheduled timeline and finished within reasonable time limits. He addressed all our needs and concerns and provided exactly what we needed at a reasonable price. I would definitely use him again. In the spring, when we need the pipes put in running to our back yard to set up new sprinkler system and get new box to handle different times, we will have him back. Additionally, today, we had a big leak on the other side of the yard. I was able to call him and though it had nothing to do with the work he did yesterday (it was on the other side of the yard in our drip irrigation line, right near a newly put in automatic termite monitoring system; looks like that company punctured it) he was at my house within 15 minutes. He located the problem, fixed the line by removing the damaged pieces and put in new extensions to make it leak proof again. He did a thorough check to make sure that resolved the problem, explained it all and showed me the damaged piece while it was still in the ground - right next to the termite spike - and as usual worked professionally and quickly. I appreciate that he let me know when he found the problem and showed it to me, and called me out again when he resolved it and showed me the damaged pieces and then again when he finished putting the dirt back and did the system check. Some companies don't take the time or make the effort to advice you all the way through every step of the process, they just do everything and then come to the door with a bill. When I asked him what the charge is, he said, "no charge". I wanted to pay him but he said he just wanted to take care of his customers and it was fine. I will definitely continue to use him. He has earned our trust.

The work was done in less than a competent manner, in that the two cover plates on one of the grab bars do not fully cover the area that had been drilled. I had agreed to the price charged beforehand, albeit it was on the high side so I cannot say I was charged more than I expected to be charged. But, when paying a price on the high side, one expects to receive quality service, and such was not the case here.

All the work was done promptly and well in less than the time allotted. Overall, I was delighted and would re-use this service at any time. I recommend this service to anyone wanting quality work. It is possible that this workman is exceptional. I would not hesitate to use this service again.

Ronnie dry walled a room for me a few years back and he did a great job. Very responsive professional and quality work. I do not remember the cost, but I choose him because it was reasonable.

We got Tim as our repair man, and we worship the ground he walks on. As a former building inspector, he's seen it all, and not only was terrific with the work he did, but was also very forthcoming about ways to save on repairs. We had thought we might have to replace a poorly installed ceiling in our tiny dining room, but he suggested some alternatives, which worked out beautifully, and we will now have a lovely ceiling for much less. Everything Tim did, he did quickly and excellently, and was also a great fellow to talk to - he's very funny. The only drawback was that his office kept calling him away to do other jobs (as they're currentlya little short-handed), and he finally told them flat out that he was going to be at our place, and nowhere else, for at least 2 days to get everything done. We didn't mind, because we were not in a hurry, but he was feeling badly because of the delays to finishing our work. Obviously a very conscientious man, and we would hire him again in a heartbeat. (I would adopt him if I could get away with it !!) We had initially called Northwest Home Repair (I think that's the title) but they were booked until late January. They immediately recommended Ronnie's Home Services with no hesitation whatever, and multiple compliments. As far as we're concerned, everything worked out beautifully - I will certainly use Ronnie's again.

Dave arrived on time and worked to get all work done. Very professional and paid attention to detail. Appreciated his common sense approach, and his ability to offer advise. Great clean up. Would definitely use the service again.

Exceptional service. Nick is knowledgeable, friendly and proficient. Appeared on the site early, and offered several suggestions to me that proved to ease the problems and fix the job in a matter of minutes. Price was extremely reasonable for the quality of work performed. Nick's work gives this company a 5 star rating in my opinion !! Very Good.

Have called Ronnie many times. This is the last one. They do good job, but they are getting expensive and I highly recommend that you are home when they come. They do count travel time in the hourly charge (so don't live too far) and when I am not home, I never know how long they stay. This time the amount of work was so small (sanding a total of 6 lines of joints in 4 hours, well three since I was told travel was not included). I sanded 4 in one hour myself the next day - my husband had to re-plaster, he said they were not ready to be sanded, he did not know I called Ronnie to help out. I called them to help advance our work but I ended up cleaning sheets and furniture all week end because on top of it I found dust everywhere. I was told I would have some on the floor which is normal, but I don't believe it is normal to find dust on the computer, printer, phone, beds, everything in the periphery. I sent an email for explanation, it was answered 2 or 3 weeks later with the bill for 4 hour work. No mas for me.

Everything went better than I expected. The service was professional and the technician was friendly and efficient. I was more than satisfied and would not hesitate in referring to anyone.

We moved into our former rental property and several of the doors were not hanging correctly anymore. The two guys that came were courteous, professional and fast.

His labor fee is $70 an hour. The price was on the high end but he did a good job.

Instead of replacing the wheels with cheap ones he found roller bearing wheels and installed them. In 13 years since the door was new it never opened with such ease. My 8 year old was concerned that a wind storm would be able to open the door now. My neighbor just spent $1,800 on a new door that doesn't come close to opening as easy as mine does. I've used this company two weeks in a row now and couldn't be happier with the quality timeliness of each job they've done for me. I will definantly call them for the next project. Charles Evans

I called Ronnie's Handyman Service and they sent a service man out for me on June 17th to rip out the old shelf. I asked them to leave it open for a few weeks so I could clean and disinfect the mold before he added the new shelf. He was very accommodating on this point and then returned a few weeks later to finish the job. I was very pleased with the workmanship, the price, and the service I received. He was on time and did a great job of cleaning up afterwards. I would recommend Ronnie's Service very highly and I will definitely use them again in the future.
