All work was performed as promised and with excellent quality. Nick did a very good job and was very professional. Differently will use again.

I did not hire this company based on the unprofessional job of the estimate. I did not receive any business card so I don't know who came to my house but they spent 5 minutes looking at the damage. He kept interrupting me when I tried to explain the problem and didn't even bother to look inside the cabinet which is where I first noticed the water damage. This was the third company I had to come give an estimate and the level of professionalism and being thorough was night and day. I would never hire this company based on their lack of attention to detail and lack of listening to the homeowner's concerns. He had the nerve to say that the mold could just be cleaned up with cleaner. What about the health of my family?

He did everything right in a timely fashion without a lot of instruction.

I found Ronnie's Handyman and Home Service on Angie's list when I was in serious need of several repairs and the company I had used in the past was not available. They have been fantastic to work with. The respond to phone calls and e-mail quickly and seem to go our of their way to work me into their schedule and provide quick response to emergency repairs. I have used them for several projects from minor to major and all were done professionally and at a reasonable price. They always have answers to my questions and will work with me to solve problems with projects. Whenever I have a repair or construction need, they are always my first thought and first to call.

We hired Ronnie?s based on the recommendation of friends. The company also came in with the best pricing, although Ronnie?s charges by the hour not the job, so theirs was just an estimate not a bid. Everything went well, and we were very pleased with the results. They arrived on time, kept us informed throughout the project and the final bill was actually lower than their original bid.

I called and scheduled a service appointment with the friendly coordinator. She informed me that I would need to pay mileage since I lived quite a ways from their location, which was fine. I appreciated the upfront disclaimer. The folks showed up on time and performed the work. Not much else to say. I am happy with the service.

I gave the person on the phone all the specs needed. They provided a time that the installer would come. They came and then stated that they could not do the job because the ceilings were too high. Not sure what the confusion was since I gave the specs to the scheduler. They said they would get back to us the following day. We ended having to follow up. Not professional. They ended up bringing 2 folks in, which paid extra for. I am happy it is done but it was rough.

Javier arrived on time and worked quickly and efficiently. He asked questions if needed and made sure that I reviewed his work before he left.

Shawn showed up when he was expected, tried a couple of different methods to fix a problem I had tried to fix myself, and did it for under a hundred bucks. Not a complicated project, but I would've paid more to get it done. I thought it would have taken more than one person because I tried to do it myself and it was difficult, but Shawn did it by himself. I thought he would need my help. But it was a simple project for him.

It was about 90 some dollars but I didn't know it was going to be that much. The original charge was about $49 but he sent someone over here and they had to go pick up some materials. I paid but I thought it was going to be a little cheaper. They were on time.

I called Ronnie's emergency number on a Saturday, holiday weekend, nonetheless. My electricity to 3 rooms had gone out. Ronnie answered and said he would try to get a hold of his son who was out doing some work. Ronnie called me back within 10 minutes to let me know his son was not going to be able to come out today, but possibly Monday. However, he did disclose the extra fees associated with the holiday and travel time, then he offered to walk me through some troubleshooting over the phone at no charge. He was patient and walked me through every step as I tried to get my electricity back on to those rooms. With his help, I managed to get some outlets working again, but not the lights. The point is that Ronnie took the time out of his day with his wife to help me as much as he could over the phone and didn't try to force me to pay the extra holiday and travel fees. He then recommended another electrical company, who he said may have no travel fees and may be available on Saturday. Thank you for going the extra mile, Ronnie!

We had used Ronnies on two previous occasions and were very happy with the work and the price. The third time did not go so good. We got a bid from Ronnie's for $350.00 to install flooring. The actual bill we got was for $500.00. This is a 40% increase over the bid. Ronnie's told me this was because there were many more cuts needed to install the floor. The size of the rooms did not change between when the bid was given and when the job was done. I do not understand why they did not take that into when they did the bid They also sent someone out that normally does not do flooring. The worker told me that he usually does taping and drywall work and does not do many floors. If the job was so complicated why send someone that usually does not install floors.

We had a wonderful experience with Ronnie's Handyman Services- from calling for a rate sheet and estimate, to scheduling and through completion. Andy, our handyman and new go-to for all fixes, showed up right on time and with all the supplies needed for the ceiling repair we called about. We added a few more things as time allowed and Andy tackled all of it- he had a never ending bag of tricks that got everything we threw at him done in less time than we anticipated. He taped and draped the room with the ceiling trouble so that when he was done there wasn't so much as a speck of mud on the floor. He was careful with our oversized clock and leveled it beautifully in an awkward corner of the room. He balanced and secured our front door so we don't have to go through the garage to get to of the house. Last, but certainly not least, he cleaned a bird's next from our dryer vent and then crafted a chickenwire fix over just the opening (not the whole fixture which would have been ugly) so we won't get any repeat nesters. Ronnie's friendly office staff invoiced me via email a couple of days later and let me pay online in a snap. The bill was detailed and easy to read at the reasonable rate expected. I will call Ronnie's Handyman Services back when my fix-list grows to fill an entire post-it note again.

Very friendly appointment scheduler. Professional bill, and easy pay through the internet. Very professional installer, was very accommodating to the situation.

I have used Ronnie's more than once for a variety of small jobs and they are always prompt, thorough, and clean, and can be depended on to fix the problem the first time.

The worker was friendly and helpful and did not leave any mess behind. Very professional.

I called the day before and they were able to send a technician to my house the next day. Javier arrived on time and was courteous and professional. He quickly installed the ceiling light fixture. The work was done very nicely. I will call Ronnie's again for any handyman services I need for my house.

We decide to upgrade our bathrooms by removing the builder-installed plate glass mirrors and light fittings and installing new "designer" individual vanity mirrors and lights and replacing one set of faucets. We purchased all the new items ourselves and Andy and his workmate performed the installation work efficiently and on schedule. The quality of their work is excellent and we are very pleased with the results. The original estimate from Ronnie's contained a disclaimer stating that the estimate was approximate and that the final price would depend on the actual work hours and material required. As it turned out we added a few times to the original task list and the cost still came out at the original estimated price.

I am very pleased with William Lightfoot. He is quite personable, knows everything about the home. I immediately trusted him and recommend him highly to anyone. Betty S. Ruckman

They arrived on time and were extremely professional and kind. It took 30 minutes to caulk both outside and inside of a very large window in a very difficult location. They did not waste one minute and the job was well done. Clear caulking was used so that I would not have to worry about repainting the area.

Excellent. Called them in the afternoon and by the next day (after the big storm) they were at my house and performed the above service. This is the second time I've used them and will use them for future handy work and recommend them to others

They were great! Easy to schedule, did excellent work. Repair is invisible. Have had significant rainfall since and no recurrence of leak. Best of all, we were charged $45 less than the estimate. Only charged the actual time and a pittance for materials.
