Description of Work: They replaced the kitchen faucet twice. The first time after faucet was installed we didn't like it. He removed the new faucet and reinstalled the old. When we got a replacement faucet we liked they then removed the old again and installed the new one. They had to make two trips to our home. Same installer came both times. He was professional and speedy in completing the work.

Description of Work: A very nice gentleman came to give me an estimate for a long list of repairs on my new home. After a very detailed walkthrough and his offering many good suggestions I was told that I would receive an estimate within a few days by email. I heard back from Ronnie's 10 days later. I felt their estimate was incredibly high and unrealistic on certain chores like putting up towel bars that I had already purchased. Their price on installing a lighting fixture over my dining table was almost as much as I paid for my new chandelier at a high end store. When you are in the midst of a move in and have an extensive list, you look forward to an immediate response, especially if one is promised. I did not hire Ronnie's and found another company with an excellent reputation.

Description of Work: Water line broke. Ronny was booked but came anyway because I was losing the water.Was fixed in the afternoon. Prompt, friendly and efficient service. Very reasonably priced.

Description of Work: I had removed the wallpaper in our small kitchen and the drywall needed repairs and painting. We had 5 recessed lights installed, and the kitchen painted. We also had our range vented and an exhaust fan installed, as well as an overhead fan installed in one bedroom. Ronnie's son did the electrical in the kitchen but it had to be done again by Keith as it was not done properly. Keith always arrived on time and we were pleased with his work. He had a partner who did much of the drywall repair and helped with other odds and ends. The kitchen needed a second coat of paint and they were very quick to respond and get this done. They did the work required within the estimate of time and money submitted and we were pleased.

Description of Work: We've used Ronnie's to recaulk all our outdoor windows, repair a leaking window, trim our big tree, pull and replant and add rock to our landscaping. They're just great....nice, helpful, professional, they really listen to you and are reasonably priced for all they do. Their estimates are accurate as well.

Description of Work: We had a leak coming through our chimney caused by woodpecker damage. This caused an interior ceiling problem. Ronnie's technician, Keith, was fantastic. he diagnosed the problem, told us what would be needed and then proceeded to work. He scraped out the broken stucco and patched all four corners of the chimney( we thought we only had one area of concern). He took a sample of the exterior paint to Lowe's and matched it so the finished product looked the same as the original color. he also went the extra step of caulking the cement caps and the base flashing of the chimney. We have had two severe wind and rain storms since the work was performed with no new evidence of further damage. Kudos to Keith and to Ronnie's for having such an outstanding and understanding employee. We also discussed replacing a rear sliding patio door and he took the time to try to match our needs and the company subtracted that time off our bill when they were unable to match our particular size. I can't say enough good things about Keith, Ronnie and his entire staff. My wife and I highly recommend you give them a call for all your home needs as they are much more than just Handymen.

Description of Work: Ronnie's bought a new remote control for a new fan which I had bought. The man removed the old fan, which had stopped working, and installed the new fan. They charged about $50.00 for the remote and charged me $150.00 for the entire job.

Description of Work: I called Ronnie's to come out and replace one of the carport posts that had been damaged. They were great! They were out the next day and replaced the post. They cleaned up and left it looking brand new without any fuss or stress. I'd definitely use them again.
