ROJO ORNAMENTAL IRON

Very disappointed in the overall experience with this company. Worked with the owner to design security door. Pictures were sent via email, and door was approved. When installed, the security door was a different color than that which appeared on our email of the sample. Provider agreed to make another door to satisfy us. Each week he would tell us the new door was complete and that he would be out to install it. And then he either wouldn't show up, or would text me and tell me he couldn't make it. This went on for a month. Finally he admitted that he didn't have a proper replacement door for us. We asked him for a refund and he refused because he said he had built a door to our specifications. We decided to cut ties at that point and keep the original door even though we are not satisfied with the color (the door is black and we have an all brown house with copper colored iron gates all around). The owner remained polite during all dealings, however was obviously not punctual and did not follow through with his original promise to replace the door to our satisfaction. I would not recommend this company ever. There are many other ornamental iron companies in Tucson - I just wish we had hired a different one.

Worst company I have ever dealt with. Had to have them come back numerous times to fix the fence as well as the painting. Fence was poor quality and they got paint on the pool deck as well as overspray all over the brick fence. They left the landscaping a mess and broke/cut drip line and did a horrible job fixing it. Would not recommend this company for anything!!!!

They did great work but they were really slow. I loved the guys but they still need to come and finish a few things. They are great when they are here but it is hard to get them over here because they are busy. I wouldn?t recommend them if you really want a timely job, but they are great if you are not in a hurry.

BEAUTIFUL WORK DONE ON THE FLOOR. I RECOMMEND THESE GUYS FOR ANY HOUSEHOLD. VERY PROFESSIONAL IN THE WORK AND HOW THEY PRESENT THEMSELVES. OVERALL THEY ARE A GREAT COMPANY.
