Description of Work: I used Rogo’s to install new stained concrete floors and kitchen counter tops. The experience could not have been more positive and I recommend them highly. They worked with me before the installation to select the exact colors and design, and they provided me many clear design options. During the installation, they moved all my house furniture and belongings into a moving truck, which was kept secure throughout the installation timeframe. I was also called on-site to approve the final stain colors. And after the installation they returned and replaced all my furniture and belongings. This was a tricky installation for a house that was 60 years old and had several unique challenges. Through it all, this company communicated clearly and performed flawlessly. I was very very happy with the outcome, service and pricing. Highly recommend this company

Description of Work: They restored a small place on the red concrete floor that was damages by some cleaning solution.

Description of Work: I gave F because even though it's "done," and I have countertops (of which I have VERY little confidence in the quality) the EXPERIENCE was miserable . Basically, they're overextended and unable to meet expectations. They're over promising and under delivering. Here's a "quick" recap (LOL ... as quick as I can). - schedule work for sealing of concrete floor and concrete countertop with an integrated sink. - explain that I want the drawers in front of the sink to still function. - agree to have my choice of faucet onsite at the time of the initial appointment for measuring purposes. - job was to take 1 day for floor and 4 days for countertop. - job time was literally doubled. - faucet's soap dispenser didn't fit properly (they had to "rig it") - drawers that were supposed to stay functioning no longer function due to no measurements taking place prior to sink basin fabrication. - they were ALWAYS late. - initial sink broke and I wasn't notified of the delay and extended timeline until I came early to see what they were up to and nobody had been working (intuition!!). - called GILBERT (one of the owners) and he says "he got busy and forgot to tell me"....for TWO FULL DAYS!!???!!! - they had to come back after completion to fix errors that I found from a quality control perspective: - faucet assembly was completely loose. - areas of concrete were uneven and some unfinished. - my NEW tape measurer went missing and was replaced by an old beat up one Gilbert had in his truck (my multi tool went missing too but when I asked about it they said that they accidentally took it and gave it back). - oven doesn't fit properly as it did prior due again to poor measuring In the end...I don't know if I even really like how it turned out...the seal on the countertop doesn't seem to be very conducive to "living" as I'm not supposed to put anything hot on it, nor am in supposed to let water sit for too long. This is NOT WHAT I WAS TOLD DURING THE SHOPPING PHASE...it's actually 100% opposite if what I was told. I feel as though I was lied to and taken advantage of from a company that lacks accountability and quality control (or quality care).

Description of Work: THEY CAME OUT AND INSTALLED NEW GRANITE COUNTER TOPS IN MY KITCHEN. THEY ALSO REMOVED THE OLD COUNTERS AND TOOK CARE OF HAULING THEM AWAY.
