+ -1 moreExcellent. The hot water had been leaking for years actually. And then the cold water wouldn't shut off all the way. It was the old type turn faucets. Roger's replaced with 1/4 turn one lever. The product looks great. They were clean, efficient and fast. Didn't take them very long. AND more important a very reasonable price. I didn't know how much to expect, but less than a $100. I would definitely use them again. As a matter a fact, I plan to hire to replace house water shut off. And an added bonus. They were the plumbing service that started helping those in need during the recent down turn. That was reason I called in the first place.
Description of Work: Replaced on/off values going into washing machine.

+ -1 moreRogers Plumbing installed my new disposal in December. On May 11 I noticed that it had come loose from the sink. I called. He was here within the hour, fixed it, with no charge and said it was his fault he did not quite get it tightened when installed. Refreshing honesty.

+ 0 moreIt started out great. On a person to person level it was awful. If my sink continues to not leak my satisfaction level will grow considerably. Roger's Plumbing was/is unaware that they are listed on Angie's List.
Description of Work: I called about a dripping kitchen faucet & he came over to the house immediately. He was there in less than 7 minutes. Cost is not the reason I would opt against ever using this company again. It was how he spoke to me. He proudly stated that the faucet was a Stainless Steel Ball type rather than a Charger type and would cost $20 less than he thought to fix. Then he added, it could be leaking again in 10 minutes or 50 years without a “whole house filter,” which would keep out the bits of sand the city system allows through. He was obviously aggravated by my ignorance about the sand in the city systems and the ‘whole house filter’ solution. I tried not to be perturbed by the suggestion that the $150 dollar solution he just completed might last me 10 minutes or 50 years (depending on a grain of sand the city might send through the faucet) --was I supposed to take that time line serious? There was no allowance for discussion of a new faucet (my faucet is 3 years old and was not more than $150 brand new). I would have enjoyed discussing the installation of an entirely new faucet or other options if they exist. The feeling I got was that he just didn’t want to talk to me or about this job any longer. It was done and that was that, he was out of there. He wanted the $150 dollars he had earned in fewer than 45 minutes (including the time we spoke on the phone to the time it took him to walk out of my house). Maybe the Roger's Plumbnig business works on an assembly line approach. I would prefer a lot more personal kindness.

+ -1 moreI THOUGHT THE PRICE WAS TOO HIGH FOR THE LITTLE AMOUNT OF TIME THEY SPENT ON THIS JOB, BUT I DO HAVE TO ADMIT THAT IT IS NICE GETTING HOT WATER RIGHT AWAY INSTEAD OF HAVING TO WAIT FOR IT TO GET HOT.
Description of Work: THEY INSTALLED A WATER THERMOSTAT IN MY PIPES SO THE HOT WATER COMES OUT HOT FASTER.
