Robert's Exteriors

I seem to be having great luck this year! Got my roof done earlier in the year and it is holding up beautifully, especially now the rains have arrived. Nothing like peace of mind. Last month it was time for a much needed repaint of the outside of our house. We called a few painters and Robert was the friendliest and most trustworthy appearing, but not the cheapest. However, we are not in the market for the cheapest job - I used to be, but got exhausted with hiring someone every few years to fix this and to fix that and to repaint this and that. This time I decided to upgrade the quality we are looking for. Robert offered us two options - one being a regular paint job with high quality paints. The other being an elastomeric coating, tinted to the color we wanted. The latter has a far superior quality and holds up a lot longer that a regular paint job. I visited a neighbors house, who's house had the same job done about 7 or 8 years ago when it was a much rarer thing to do. I was extremely surprised to find that there was barely a crack (if any) to be seen. It looked remarkable. My house was full of cracks in both the stucco and the paint and I had had mine painted at a similar time. So, back to Robert I went. His quote of $9700 was just fine for the quality I was looking for. His crew only use a brush and roller, not a spray. He said that the job could be done in 7 days. And, well, it was! 7 days on the spot! His team we really quiet and didn't leave any trace of their visit. Just great. As for the job, it was perfect. Just what we were looking for.
