I shouldn’t even give this company a one star!! Office girl told me I was scheduled yesterday 8-3 and if I didn’t answer the phone 10 minutes prior the guy would go to the next customer and I would have to reschedule. So at 2:30 I call her and she said no it’s for tomorrow as they don’t do bids on Monday. So I tell her that he needs to be here by noon as have an appointment. He (I believe the owner) calls me today and wants to come Thursday. I said I had already waited all day yesterday and did want to keep tying up my day waiting. He said we’ll find so do else as he didn’t want to drive up to Catalina as it’s an hour and he never gets the job anyhow. He said Catalina have their own people and they just want a bid from him and go with cheaper bid and it is a waste of his time. Not professional and sassy and the office person was rude too.

We recently had stucco repair on our home and hired Rivers Lath & Stucco. Not only were we happy with the work but Frank and Traci were wonderful to work with. Frank was very responsive and even came out to the house a couple of times to patch some areas we missed pointing out, this was after the job was considered to be complete. We would recommend them to anyone in the future and would use them again!

Flawlessly. The team was always on time and cleaned up at the end of each day. They were very polite and professional. The cost was extremely competitive and the work was outstanding.

Received the estimate the same day. The seasoned crew worked efficiently, skillfully and neatly. Workmanship was excellent and it was easy to work with them and the office on schedule.

Could not have been better. A very quick and professional job.

Everyone was very responsive, professional and courteous... from the first phone call to the team doing the repair work. We are VERY pleased with the results and would definitely use them again and recommend them to others!

Frank Rios and his workers showed up on time, did the work professionally and left the area clean and neat without any debris. The work was not cheap, but the repair is perfect. We used Rivers in the past and would not hesitate to use them again for our mud adobe home.
