I was told yesterday I was scheduled for today after I had been told the day before I would have someone here yesterday. I called this AM and was told someone would call me right back...that was almost 3 hours ago. I will not be doing business with you. I explained I was a senior with medical problems, and you say you have 24/7 service. I know you have nothing to do with this, but I would like you to pass it to management. Tech was very professional. Diagnosed issue, explained exactly what it would take to get it going, and how long it would take.

I had a new seal put on my shower for leaking and it still leaks!

From the start with the RiteWay team from Sales, Technical assessment, Installation as well as financing from Lowes a 5 star treatment. Thanks to Richard, Frank & John for the front end work. Most of all I want to thank Lorenzo and his team Rick,Bobby, Luis and Justin for their hard work until 9:30 PM ! They finished the job in one day Demo, Installation of Duckwork, Furnace, Coll, Condenser .. Rite-Way jumped on this job fast while others were afraid of the work and ran from it.....

He left when I declined the outrageous estimate of repairs without performing any of the "tune up" services. The tenant was left without water service as it had to be shut off. I'm completely dissatisfied.

On time, reliable. Very happy with everything to date. I would definately recommend.

Prompt. Courteous. Expensive. Would not use for future duct cleaning. Price quote too expensive. Would call for major parts or failure again.

I checked out the plumbers listed on Angie's List, and called Rite Way. They were located near the house where the problem was (running toilet), although I've never called them before. They were polite on the phone and said they would send someone to check out the problem right away, and they were punctual according to the tenant. The house call was $77, which is high, but expected. I had to pay prior to the house call with a credit card. However, they were going to charge me $411 to replace a flapper or valve on the toilet, which isn't reasonable and totally unacceptable. I've paid less to have a new toilet installed. I called the office today to give them an opportunity to revise their bid, and they wouldn't budge. I would not call Rite Way for your plumbing needs. The toilet still needs to be repaired, and I'll call someone else.

They came out and cleaned the coil. It took them about an hour, maybe an hour and a half to clean the coil and charged me $560.00. I was expecting about a $300.00 price tag. I was really upset about the costs, so I called around to other A/C companies and they told me I would be looking at $300.00 for them to do the same work. I feel that I was completely over charged.

Great company to work with from the initial inspection and estimate, to the final install. Very professional. They did the job quickly and to our complete satisfaction.

It went great! I ended up buying a warranty from them. They did a plumbing inspection for me and cleaned the coil on the A/C unit. The tech I worked with was Brandon and he was a huge help!

The duct cleaning was done first and the the new HVAC was installed a few days later. The installation took only about 6 hours and was handled very professionally by 2 installers. We got the system with electro-static air filters. the new system is very quiet and efficient. Rite Way also worked with TEP to get us a credit for installing a more efficient HVAC. We are very pleased with the work and the new system.

Our 14 year old unit was in need of major repairs. Decided to go for a new unit. A week later we had a new and more quiet unit. Well done Rite-Way

I was really pleased with them! The city inspector checked out the hook up, and confirmed that they are one of the few in the area that has gone through several levels of tests and does the work correctly.

from Rite dgiOur Hvac system quit so we called Rite Way Heating Cooling to come see if it could be repaired. Their repair tech came to and inspected our system found the problems and explained them to us so we understood the problems clearly. We decided rather than put more money in a old inefficient system we would replace it with a new modern and efficient one. Branden Hughes was able to come out that evening and showed an great amount of patient explaining and knowledge concerning the HVAC systems we were we were interested in. He explained all financing options available. We selected the Trane XV18-4TTC. Rite Way was able to schedule installation in 5 days after our meeting with Brandon. David Shirly and his install crew arrived on time and explained what would take place and answered questioned we had about install and went to work. When install was complete they cleaned up everything, including any smudges on walls. Quite frankly if it wasn't for the fact we now had a new HVAC system you really wouldn't have know they were there. Before David and crew left he thoroughly explained the new thermostat and went over the new system so we understood them completely. At no time did I feel anyone from Rite Way was in a big hurry to get done and leave. I am a 70 yr. old disabled vet and it was really grate experience to deal with there folks

Okay. Wish service had includedthe coil cleaning. Paid another company to clean the coils.

Was told that repairs were required that another technician from another company told me was not necessary.

Everything went well - very pleased.

After the inspection of our roof top unit the tech told us we had a faulty cooling condenser unit as well as a failing fan. In addition he said we were down 4 units of coolant. The price he gave us for the repairs was $3400 and $3700 depending on whether we replaced the fan. On a 3 year old unit I thought that was pretty high since it was all labor and the cost of coolant. I asked the tech about the labor portion of the cost and he said it was $2600, the rest being coolant. Then I asked him how long the repair would take and he said about 5 hours. So they're asking over $500 per hour for repair labor. I then contacted 2 other independent HVAC technicians recommended by our neighbors. Both came out and after measuring the HVAC unit confirmed that it was in fine working order. I wouldn't trust Rite Way to do the actual work even if it was needed after this type of con.

Clogged got opened. The only complaint is the advertisement that they have a camera that goes inside the pipe, but the guy that came didn't have one on his truck. If I am already paying for someone to open the pipe, I would like to know what is the condition of the pipe and see if the clogged area was just pierced or was actually got pushed forward.

I ordered and paid for it, but I needed repair sooner, so my son-in-law came and snaked out with a 20 ft. snake. That cleared it out, so it drained, but I kept my appointment because it sounded as if it would be more thorough as there was quite a lot of buildup, probably 20 years’ worth. However, he ended up using a snake similar to my son-in-law's but longer. I don't think he went in more than 50 ft. though. I thought he would do the camera inspection, but he said the filaments (or whatever) would get torn up in the smaller pipes of the kitchen and to run it through the bigger drainage would be a different problem, so it wouldn't be covered. Now I'm still afraid to use it much because I think there is still buildup in the line that will fill in again in no time. I said yes for would I hire again, but it is doubtful that I would.
