Excellent service in scheduling; friendly and professional repair tech, sales rep and installers. Courteous and respectful of time and personal property. Showed up on time and got the job done within the pre-agreed timeframe; respectful of home interior displayed in details such as laying a cover over the bedroom carpet to avoid damage. The AC in the house broke late on a Friday afternoon, the repair tech came Saturday morning and the installation was scheduled and done on a Monday...no time to research and compare other alternatives, but we're satisfied with Rite Way. We would have included Rite Way in our options if we had had the time to shop and compare.

We recently had Rite Way out to give us an estimate to replace our 20 year old air conditioning system. The appointment was scheduled at a time that was convenient for myself and my husband. They actually came out on a Saturday! The estimator, Richard, called us a half hour before our appointment and arrived right on time. Richard sat down with us and talked about concerns and things we might want to do with a new system. It felt like he really cared and had our best interest in mind. After going over each option in detail, we chose the unit that best suited our needs, since we planned to be in our house for a very long time. The installation was also done on a Saturday. The installation crew came in and uninstalled the old equipment without a hitch and got the new one put right in. They were respectful of my house and I didn't even have a mess to clean up after they left. We had 2 other companies come out before the appointment with Rite Way. Rite Way wasn't the cheapest or the most expensive, but they definitely were the best. The service combined with the price was the best value for us. I'd definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for any HVAC needs. Honesty and integrity go a long way! Thanks Rite Way!

Sales rep was very knowledgable on the size of unit we needed for our home. He was friendly and courteous. The install team was prompt and thorough when installing the unit. I will call them again for all my a/c needs.

Sales person (Chris) was very well informed and polite. Not pushy at all compared to other companies from which we received quotes. The installers were clean, efficient, and very polite.

We had Riteway out to our home last week to give us an estimate on our downstairs air conditioner, we had replaced the upstairs one two years ago with a different company, who will not be coming back to our home, and after that experience we were very nervous about how this would go. To our very pleasant surprise we received a call 15 minutes before our scheduled appointment to t us know our estimator would be right on time. After measuring our home, windows, doors skylights and all, he presented us with several options of units that would best suit our needs. He was very knowledgeable about the systems and really seemed to care about my concerns. Once i made my decision, with no pressure i might add, they scheduled the work to be done the same week. The installers were again on time and friendly, I could tell they enjoyed working together, and they worked all day until the unit was operating perfectly. When they left my house was so clean you couldn't tell i had any work done at all. They were not the cheapest, but the quality of my experience was well worth the extra money.

I have had used Rite Way Heating for long time too like 30 years. They come out twice a year because I have a service contract with them for the furnace and they come out and do the fall checkup, make sure the furnace is going to work, seeing that if it needs to be cleaned out and make sure everything works and then in the spring they come out and they check the compressor for the air-conditioning, make sure there is enough coolant in there and that there is no leak, so I would have seen them probably in March. Somebody came out and did the regular 6-month inspection for me and that's when they checked the air-conditioning. I have got filters on my furnace, they pulled those out, taken to their truck in the driveway and they cleaned them and then they put it back. I have a 5 years service contract, so I paid upfront for 5 years and then when they come out every 6 months and do these checks, I don't have to pay them anything since I have already paid for all of that and now since it was a while ago, it is probably getting close to running out and I will renew it. I have always been happy with the work they do. The technicians that they send out are knowledgeable. Again, I follow them around and ask a lot of questions and they explain things to me, so that I can tell they know their business, they know what they are talking about and they know how to service the stuff and I have watched them do the service and I can see that they know how to do it right. I have had them for years and never had a reason to look for anybody else. I have not checked with other people to know what prices others charge. I don't know whether they are over-charging me for the service because I have never checked with anybody else. I have always been happy with their service, so I pay for it. They always come when they have scheduled to come. Always very professional, they know their business.

I recently had Rite Way out to install a new Lennox air conditioner. I had heard wonderful things about them from several neighbors so I decided to give them a try. I recently had a nightmare experience with my rental house from another big company in town and was desperate for a better outcome. The estimator that came out to give me a bid (Chris) was top notch. It took me almost a week to make a decision and I had numerous questions along the way. He was incredibly patient with me and never made me feel like I was being a bother. After making my decision, we scheduled the install. Those gentlemen were just as great. They arrived right on time and ready to work. They were all very personable and although I am typically very apprehensive to have strangers in my home, I felt very comfortable with them. They were even kind enough to be courteous of my child's nap time which was an added bonus! After the install was complete, they picked up all of the mess and old parts and one of them took the time to explain my new thermostat (the Lennox iComfort--I HIGHLY recommend) and connect it to the internet and just like that, without any sign of them ever being there, they were gone. Chris followed up with me to make sure I was satisfied and instructed me to call if I had any questions (so thoughtful since he had nothing to gain from that). I have since received an electric bill and I am thrilled with the efficiency of the system. (My rental had an efficient unit installed and the bill went UP due to poor installation--try explaining that to a tenant!) It was an all around excellent experience. My only regret was that it took me a week to decide. I wish I would have made the decision the first day I had them out. You may pay slightly more for their services but trust me- they are more than worth it and the money will come back to you through your lower operation costs. Since then, I have recommended them to two colleagues and they have been just as thrilled. They are just what this desert needs!

After purchasing our new home in the last few years, it was time to replace our 15 year old heating and cooling system. With our dessert conditions (especially this past winter) my husbands allergies are worse than ever and we needed to see if we could better our indoor air quality. After doing our research, we called Rite-way to schedule an in home assessment. A coordinator at Rite-way booked the appointment at the time that we requested and informed me to expect Kevin on Thursday at 2:30 pm to give a full home assessment and answer any questions we might have. On Thursday at 2 pm, Kevin called to let us know he'd be here at 2:30 and he was right on time! After spending about 15 minutes discussing our concerns and needs with Kevin, he proceeded to fully assess our home based on building materials, our window types and other variables. He was then able to fully customize a new system designed around our specific home needs. Within an hour of reviewing our different options with Kevin and listening to the different features and benefits, my husband and I decided to take advantage of one of the various financing options that Rite-way had available. Not only are we thrilled with our new heating and cooling system, we had a pre-installation appointment on Friday and the whole install was complete by Monday which worked perfectly with my husbands schedule. The installation crew as well as everyone in the office was top notch from their customer service, punctuality and professionalism! We also got a kick out of the cute booties that were worn to protect our carpet!! It's been nearly a month and my husband has already noticed a marked difference in his allergies. After this experience, we will certainly recommend and continue to use Rite-way for all of our heating, cooling and plumbing needs. A HUGE thanks to Kevin and the whole crew!!!

Installer was professional, courteous and performed the work on-schedule. Exterior plumbing resulted in flux stains on exterior stucco wall up to 5 ft above work area. Called the office and requested a supervisor come out and evaluate the damage. The Quality Control Manager came out but was unable to remove the stains. Although the Quality Control Manager offered to have this section of exterior painted, he failed to follow up (this was not a few spots but an area large enough to require that the entire area of the wall be painted) . We planned to have the house painted in about 9 months, we did so early due to the failure of the company to make good on their promise. Rite Way contracted to provide a total of 10 filters for the system, however, they only provided nine. We requested our full order of filters on three occasions; twice from the installer and once from the off site Quality Control Manager. We were promised delivery of the missing filter, but it has never been delivered. The current on-line price of the filter is approximately $31.92. The company is to come out annually to replace the filter, we?ll see if they follow up on that promise. We were provided with two $25 discount cards, but we so unhappy with the follow-up and service aspects of this company that we used another company for an unrelated plumbing service.

The gentleman was very polite and efficient. He did a great job on looking over everything and cleaning up. However, he went into the ceiling and told me he smelled gas and that we had a leak. He wanted to charge us $300 to repair this leak. He turned off the gas, but I explained I did not want to do that work right now. He was not pushy about it, and I appreciated that. We had someone else come check for the leak after he had left and there was no leak there. I wasn't pleased that I was told there was a leak when there wasn't. I think the company is good and overall the experience was great, I just had a problem with this leak issue.

I noticed a dripping sound in the furnace room and saw that there was water dripping from a copper pipe exiting the furnace. I called Rite-Way, formerly Carl's Service who originally installed the furnace 10 yrs. ago, and a service person was scheduled to come out later that day. We have had no problems since the repair. Joseph talked me through his service and left me with a good understanding of the problem. Rite-Way also provided information on a new water heater. It was higher than another quote provided by another company, who did the replacement. Rite-Way was highly responsive and I would use both their plumbing department and heating/cooling departments again.

Everything went very well. The technician was professional courteous.

They are just wonderful. Always on time, if I call them with a problem the help me out immediately. They are clean and don't track dirt all over your house. They are great about explaining things as well.

In all the years we have been using them we are satisfied. Example: One evening our AC stopped working, on one of those days where TV news were covering all the AC units that gave up the ghost and they were all flooded with emergency calls. It took quite a while for the service tech to arrive, but when he did, he did NOT leave until the AC was working 100%. He even checked back the next day to make sure it was still working. We have been very satified and would not be afraid to recommend then to anyone.

They were responsive. They explained the product that was available. And then, I did some research. I didn't like the product that they offered, but I wanted another product. They offered to install it. That day, I purchased the product, and they installed it all for a price that was competitive with the other no salt alternatives.

I had a water company come to put new filters into the RO system, and they told me the pressure was way too high. I declined their offer to do it, and talked to my neighbor about it. I then called Rite-way because he uses them. Wes came that same afternoon and replaced the pressure regulator and the shut-off valve. He could only get the pressure down from 90 to 80. I paid him, and then he left. The pipes sounded like they were banging around from still too-high pressure. The toilet sounded like a thrashing machine when it flushed. So I waited a few days to see if it cleared up. It didn't. I called and Wes returned with a new valve. He was able to get the pressure down to 55. What I don't understand is that if the pressure of 80 was still too high, why didn't he make another trip back to the shop for a different regulator instead of leaving with it still at 80? It wouldn't have saved a trip, but it would have been less frustrating, and honestly, I don't feel I can trust them to do the right thing the first time. I since spoke with the owner, and he wanted to meet with me. I made the appointment, and frankly, I couldn't deal with that in the midst of having memorial services for my husband who had recently passed away. So I called and canceled that appointment, but he was willing to give me a $65 discount on future services. I told him that I'd be looking for a different plumber.

Put a motor in new AC unit a couple years ago and the service went fine. This time around they tried to charged me a diagnostic fee. I told them it was probably the capacitor. It ended up being the capacitor. They replaced the capacitor but didn’t waive the $77 for the diagnostic fee after the work was done. Called the office about this and they said they could not waive it. I feel they took advantage of me not being there. I am very unsatisfied with this experience.

The only other company that I can think of is Rite Way Plumbing; I had to re do the pipes in my house. I had interviewed three companies to do the job, they had to remove the piping in my house and replace it. I did not have damage but I thought it is better to do it before I had damage and they were the most professional who presented themselves. Even when they came for the first estimate they had covers on their shoes and they went to the house and they had a professional uniform that they wore. They were easily identified. They spent about 40 minutes here, went up in the attic, checked everything out, went out and gave me a print out of the cost and what would be done. Answered all of my questions and were very friendly but yet very professional, very prompt and they told me that the job would take about three to three and a half days which it did. There was no damage. I have heard horror stories with other people coming in and putting holes through the ceiling with their feet and so on. They were just very punctual, they were very personable and friendly but again professional and I would certainly use them again. I also bought a tank less water heater and that added to the price. I think their price range, I've heard other people say that they were a little high, but I think you get what you pay for. The neighbor across the street paid 6000 to have her pipes put in, it took them a month, they put their feet through the ceiling twice and it was a mess over there, it was absolutely awful. The price didn't feel it high with the people that I had interviewed but I think their price is probably on the high range for average, but I think it was worth it. All these people have been very helpful.

It went excellently! After we got all the info above I told the gentleman to get a quote for me and have the new heater installed as soon as possible. Made a couple of phone calls and he obtained an installation that afternoon. Both the inspector and the installer put on booties and laid down mats, the installed also laid down a path for plastic for the removal of the old heater. 2-1/2 half hours later it was fully installed. I can't thank this company enough for the expeditious response to our need. And would recommend this company to all! It doesn't get any better!

They did a good job, they identified some other stuff that they did not take care of but I was able to take care of on my own. As for their responsiveness, they came out on that same day.

This process was very professional. They did quality work. We are very happy with the finished product and would definitely use Rite-Way again.

I was promised a time between 8am to 12 noon. As of 12 noon no call from the dispatcher or anyone to let me know they would be late, i called them , they advised me they would be out in 2 more hours, unacceptable!!!

They quoted us $50. We made the appointment, found out that a friend of ours was getting the same service for free and we were the ones who referred them to these people who were getting it for free. So, when the guy came out I asked him to tell me about it and how it worked. He called his manager and they fixed it for us. There was no charge. They are not the cheapest but they are not the most expensive either.

I just thought that their prices were better than other places that I had talked to. They had somebody assigned to my accounts, and he took good care of me. Everything seems to be working well, and I do not have any complaints about them.

They responded in a responsible time frame. The repairs went fine. My only complaint was the exorbitant cost of the wires. They charged about $80 for a wire! And that didn't include the labor.
