I called them and on the phone they told me that they don't work on roof clean out and that it was not listed in their ad. So, I ended up just getting the money refunded. They should be a little bit more clear about what it is that they do or don't do. They need a little improvement on their attitude on the phone. They could be a little bit more courteous like, "I'm so sorry that we were remiss in not including that. I'm sorry for the inconvenience. I hope you give us a try another time if you have other plumbing needs that we can service you." Something along those lines. They could use some customer service training, whoever it was and I think she was the owner. The price was reasonable.

Robert arrived on schedule, was professional polite and all around Excellent. Drain unplugged checked to make certain nothing was moved into other drains. Cleaned up afterwards, and the very first time a plummer disinfected after the service. I have never had a plummer work so professionally, clean and efficiently . This was by far and away the very best plumming service I have ever had.

Everything went great. Rich came out and gave us a quote. We used the Costco referral program. He was on time and took the time to give us a quote. We had another company come over and all they did was ask questions about what I was looking for. With Rich he should me some software determining what size we needed. He went in the attic to look around and did a walk around of the house. We actually went up one size from what he recommended. On the day of the install the installers about 6 different people were professional and worked their butt off to get everything done. It was extremely refreshing not having to worrying about again. I waited this long for the review because I wanted to see how the unit performed during the summer months. Everything seems to be going great. Saving money compared to last year and our unit is on way more.

The drain had been running slow for a long time, we tried chemicals and even used a snake but we could not get the drain to clear no matter what. This was the first time I ever used Rite Way so I did not know what t expect, when I called the office they were ready to help and had a great attitude, they even gave me an appointment the same day. The plumber, Martin, called to let me know he was on the way and arrived well within the time window that his office gave me. He worked very h****** the drain and did not stop until he knew everything was in good working order. He also gave us advice on how to treat the pipes to ensure less clogging and a life span for cast iron drains.

They did a good job. I liked the price and I didn't have to talk to the guy about the price because, it had been taken care of through Angie's List.

Installation service was excellent from the original quote through sizing the system, installation and check out. They took care of all permits and made sure everything was brought up to current code. They also took care of all paperwork and work to get TEP rebate. All of the staff was courteous and professional.

Purchased service on Angie's List on a Sunday and was in contact with them Monday morning with work performed that afternoon. After clogging multiple times in 2 weeks before service has been draining great since.

The purchase contract had us enter 3 days that would work for us. - which we did. We have not heard from them - call or e-mail at all. Our drain still has not been fixed - the sink is not in use because it is clogged !!! I could hire someone else , but how do I get a refund from them? Very professional, and provided a lot of helpful advice. Took the time to explain inspection findings in detail, and didn't try to push me towards unnecessary expensive work. Excellent Service!

Things went fine. They got the job done, were professional and on time. However, they were not prepared with the camera that the deal said would be included. If you are in need of service in an emergency it is best to call them directly instead of trying to use email, follow up time is a bit slow by email only.

Rite - Way is the WRONG WAY - Paul informed me the system was not salvageable, stated the coolant level was ok and tried to sell a whole new system for $10,000 to $12,000 that is $3000 to $4500 above typical prices I was seeing after some web research. The disturbing part is 3 people spending that much time fabricating a story to get me to buy an overpriced system. Paul was so nice & seemed trustworthy, Joe Loughney arrived and made the sales pitch.... his face fell when I said I would get other estimates. Next I called Perry - Chris arrived promptly and told me it was low on coolant added 2.5 lbs, cleaned the heat exchanger and my AC was running in top condition. It may be a simple thing but gives you a sense of their approach Rite - Way told me that the dryer vent screen was plugged up, Chris from Perry just cleaned it out and never mentioned it. Always get second opinions and multiple estimates.

I was very impressed with the efficiency of the two workers who came to perform this work. They arrived in a timely fashion. The lead person was able to answer all of my questions. I did not feel pressured but I was informed enough to have confidence in the decisions I made. Everything was completed that day in approximately four hours. The areas they worked in were left clean. They cleaned up all the things they removed. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

I purchased the $69.00 deal from Angie's List the night of 3/23/2015. I called the provider on early AM on 3/24/2015 as without the kitchen sink functioning life is more challenging. Rite Way scheduled a plumber for later in the afternoon. I received a call from the plumber that Rite Way assigned the job to and he asked if he could come out late morning. I said please do come early. I had taken out and checked all of the plumbing below the sink and garbage disposal and I knew I had a clog farther down the drain line and it was going to be beyond my abilities to clear. Rite Way sent Orlando Zepeda to do the job. He arrived right at the time he said he would. He assessed the problem and went right to work. He had to use the larger of his routers to clear the clog. The problem was we did not run the water/disposal long enough after it was used to get the ground up material down the drain pipe to bigger drain pipes. Orlando fast, knowledgeable, and friendly. Once he was on the job I had a 100% expectation that the problem would be resolved. If I ever have plumbing problems again (which I always hope I won't) I will call Rite Way. The plumber they sent to me, Orlando Zepeda, was great and a credit to the company.

First plumber came out and was unable to unclog the drain, due to a broken part. The next day his boss came out and had it fixed in less than 5 minutes. Both men we very courteous and professional.

Rite-Way's plumber was punctual, professional and did an outstanding job of fixing our plumbing problems for the $49 price we agreed on with Angie's List. We could not have asked for better service and will continue to use this company for future heating, cooling and plumbing jobs.

They were unable to do the inspection in time. They responded quickly and I will use them in the future if needed.

Richard Dorman came on time and quickly sized the unit for the garage. The installation was completed the next week. The installers made some suggestions on location which were done. No issues and considerable less expensive that other proposals.

The salesman came back after the instillation to make sure I understood the programmable thermostat and offered to come back if I forgot by the time winter comes or anytime I have a question to give him a call. The installers explained everything and also sealed the vents. The system is so quiet and efficient. I thought I was going to have to install a ceiling fan in my kitchen and for the first time in 3 years my kitchen is cool. I don't remember what you call it but there is a very efficient fan that maintainers the airflow at he selected temperature. It works so great that I had to turn the thermostat up 2 degrees because 75 was too cold! I will be using Rite Way for all my heating, cooling and plumbing needs from now on because I appreciated being treated with Honesty, Respect and Professionalism!! Thank You Rite Way!

The staff knew their products and the proper way to install. Paul, the person who did the actual installation, was always prompt, hard-working, cheerful (despite being on the roof in the high summer temps of Tucson), and did a marvelous and neat job. The whole job was handled very efficiently and they worked with us to make sure our needs were met and kept us from going without hot water in the process. I was surprised at the actual amount of work involved in changing the location of this heater but Paul knew exactly what he was doing and did it very well.

The sales rep was extremely knowledgeable and did a great job explaining everything. On the day of the installation the workers arrived on time and had everything needed to get the job done.

We got taken for a ride. AC went out and Rite Way refused to recharge the unit unless we bought a new one. My wife couldn't stand one more night without AC, so I said yes. We were probably charged at least $2,000 more than should have been.

This is an incredibly professional company. They really care about their customers. I spoke with Kevin on the phone who was extremely helpful (car fumes from garage leaking into house). Within a day or two, both Kevin and company owner Rick Walters came to the house and spent a great deal of time conducting diagnostics to determine the problem. Rather than pressure us into costly repair work, Rick made a few suggestions for how we could easily solve the problem. He was very scientific in his approach and spent almost 90 minutes at the house testing everything that could possibly be the source of the leakage. Kevin assisted him throughout. Not only were the men professional, they were also pleasant and cordial. Just what I expect in a quality company! When it comes to all aspects of my home HVAC needs (and plumbing), I will consider using Rite Way again. They really understand the principals of good customer service and have the skills and knowledge to back it up. Highly recommended.

Overall, they are very good. They advise on what 'extras' are needed, but they're not pushy about it.
