All employees were all very respectful. They are friendly and have a pleasant personality. We were given an outstanding customer service. The owner gave us a fair qoute to replace our roof. The work was done in 3 days as promised. Mariana (office manager ) is wonderful! I had my roof replaced on Oct 28, 2024. We were happy with the job well done.

The owner Rafael , the office manager Mariana and the crews are Professional and very respectful. They were patient and very understanding to my needs. The crew were always on time, respectful and very nice! Mariana went out of her way to help me besides being so friendly. The customer service that Mariana and Rafael rendered to me were exceptional! I was kept inform of the process from start to finished. I now have a new roof and is happy with their work. I highly recommend Rite Roofing for your next project!. My husband and I are glad that we hired them instead.

I had my shingle roof replaced. I had to wait a few weeks for the work to start, which was fine because my roof wasn't leaking. Once they started, they finished in 2 days. Everything was left totally clean. The crew was polite and professional. Very high-quality work, and out of 4 quotes, Rite Roofing offered me the best price. I would recommend them most highly.

They were quick to come out and inspect. We had to wait awhile for the work to begin but it was right before monsoon start so Iâ m sure they were busy. The person who did the repair was polite and respectful and did a good job.

Expected them to respond earlier for date of roof repair, or just staying in touch. Work crew arrived on time, non english speaking. Couldn't communicate with them about the owrk they were performing. The asthetics of the work that was visable looked messy. We asked for an inspection by their co. b/4 paying bill. Owners very responsive. Ulimately the mnsoon rains will be the real test.

Easy company to work with, both the office and the actual roofers. Their electricians removed the solar panels, rails and wiring and then reinstalled it all again when the roofers were done. It was neat and quick and all left clean and in good condition. I would definitely recommend them.
