Rite Roofing stayed in contact with me throughout the process and when I shared a concern, the owner visited my home to inspect the work for himself. He made an appropriate apology and got his crew back on the job the next day and resolved all issues. I think Rafael is a professional that will work with his customers to resolve any issue, major or minor and I am comfortable recommending Rite Roofing because of his character.

Additional work was done without my knowledge or consent. I was disappointed that the finished roof did not include painting the newly installed flashing. Not only does it look unfinished but the exposed metal will not wear well.
