With the rain delays, holidays, and lack of replacement tiles, the removing and replacement of the roof extended to six weeks. In addition the wait for initial start was lengthy.

Rating a roofing company is really hard to do. I needed repair done to stop the roof from leaking during heavy southern Arizona thunderstorms blowing in from the south. The only way to tell if the repair was done correctly is to see how things hold up after similar storms occur. I gave the company a 4 rating for this reason. The workers that did the repair were professional, personable, and appeared to do a good job. At 77 years old, I am unable to climb up on the roof to personally observe their work.

Repaired tile roof that had a leak. Replaced a tile, replaced new underlay. Responsive to request for quote, good follow up via calls to communicate status of project. Promptly arrived in face eayier than stated and thorough with the work. We will know the full quality when it rains again but overall everyone i dealt with was knowledgeable and professional. Would use them again.

Very professional

The workers were a little sloppy; the plywood that was replaced had tar splattered and smeared on it. Nails were coming through where they missed the rafters. Tar was spilled on my rock driveway where they parked the molten tar trailer, which they halfway cleaned up. I had to remind them twice to remove the old roof Jack from an evap cooler that was removed and covered, which was on the work order. They also left lumps of tar on the roofing paper in spots, which could have been kicked off by your shoes while walking on them. They also had three spots where the roofing paper had air pockets. In three places, the roofing paper sat up on the seams. I had to go around and pick up close to two dozen nails left on the ground and driveway. I did report to the owner of the areas of concern and he did get it fixed with no problem.

The workers are good at their job and efficient. It took him about two hours to do the Job. He just took the company a long time and the time I called them till the time they come out to do the actual work on the house. That was four weeks.

I learned that trying to hire a Roofing Co. during monsoon season is very difficult. All Roofing Companies are swamped with work. This Company was busy, but did schedule me in as soon as they could. Roofers were very courteous and everything that came off was hauled away. I am happy that I hired this Co. They did a good job! Highly recommend.
