they did a reasonable job, missed a repair spot & I thought e little expensive

The only complant that I had with Rite Roofing was that the schedualed time was 7:30am and they arrived at 7:00. I had just got out of bed!

Our reroof project was completed promptly, efficiently, above expectations and ahead of schedule. The price was competitive and reasonable compared with other estimates. Any debris from the job was cleaned up flawlessly. We are extremely satisfied with our beautiful new roof and we are recommending Rite Roofing to all our friends.

Needed to contact office to get quote & when to expect work to the done. 2 times each. Workers showed up unannounced and said that their office should have called to let us know.

They returned my call and did the work within a very short time

Rafael Lopez, President kept an appointment to assess my roofing damage. He arrive on time, and kept his promise to provide a bid for the repair job and also gave me a snapshot of what future new roofing would involve. I delayed the response a day or two due to no problem with the company, my computer gave me a problem that delayed my response. I have signed the contract for the repairs and the company being very timely set with my agreement a time to start the repairs. I am very happy with their response and their bid is most acceptable and timing to do the job will avoid any issues should weather change. Overall to date I am most happy with my dealings with this company and would be happy to refer them to anyone looking for roof work.

Raphael crawled into the attic to verify what he saw on the roof and and gave me confidence the problem would be solved. He arrived on time to do the inspection, set up an appointment quickly to do the work, and the team arrived on time to do that. They left the area clean. It may take a long time to demonstrate the leak is fixed, but for now I am happy.
