Roof inspection and estimate was done the day I called We scheduled the repair for the following Monday. It took 2 days for the repairs and new coating of the flat roof. I am completely satisfied with their work.

Estimation was done quickly with options for repair and for replace. Because the estimate was broken done, I was able to make a decision that was in line my goals for repair. Roof was replaced when scheduled, in a timely fashion and work area was left as found. Workers were courteous and professional.

The owner evaluated the roof damage, even tweaked a minor part of damage, and made recommendations with an experienced expertise.

Very good customer service throughout--from the initial request, to the time it took for an estimator to come out, the intelligence of the estimator, scheduling quickly, and the team that did the work. Friendly, courteous, on-time, etc. I am one of those people who monitor work teams (especially here in GV), and I was very impressed with the organizational skills of the work team, their execution, and the completeness of the work. There was no cutting corners. I was up on the roof watching 3-4 times a day, and I know a little something about the kind of work that needed to be done. Excellent technical skills. Very knowledgeable. I have no doubt that our problems were solved. Our job took the team 4 days. We had three other companies come out and talk to us about the problems with our roof. The credibility and fast-talking nature of those companies who visited us and looked at our roof built no trust with us. Since moving to GV just over a year ago (from Seattle, and before then from Silicon Valley), we've come in contact with many contractors and service providers. We're greatly underwhelmed. This experience with Rite Roofing is the kind of work we've come to expect. And the price seemed quite reasonable for the quality of preparation and work I saw.

Staff was nice and professional. Caulking done is so obvious it is glaring, and I am not happy with that aspect. I can only assume they did a good job with the roofing shingles because I cannot go up on the roof.

It was a free inspection. We wanted a specific roof inspection on top of the home inspection because of a prior leak. The home inspector from the day before was MUCH more thorough, found more roof issues than the roof inspector. I guess I expected it to be the other way around
