They were the only one who had courtesy to wear a mask and socially distance. I would never hired the other two companyâ s for that reason They took there time in there evaluation and relayed exactly would be done. Took pictures to show me. Kept in touch through personnel in company came exactly when they said they would and sent before and after pictures. I would highly recommend and will recommend.

I was concerned about a possible cracked tile and shifting tiles, so-called for an inspection. Customer service was very friendly and efficient. I had an inspection scheduled very quickly. Mr. Richard Lopez arrived on time and was very professional. After a complete inspection, I was informed that there was nothing that needed to be done to my roof as it was in good shape. When I asked what the cost of the inspection was, I was told that there was no charge. While I did not need to have any work done, I will call Mr. Lopez at Rite Roofing if there is ever roof work needed at my home. I was impressed!!

I recently purchased an existing home having an inspection report that noted roofing tiles that were cracked, damaged, and dislodged; with recommendation for further evaluation by a licensed roofing contractor. Based on highly-rated client reviews, I scheduled an appointment with Rite Roofing Co. Inc. to do this evaluation. The owner of the company; Ricardo Lopez, showed up to do the inspection himself. How rare is that! After carefully inspecting my entire roof, Ricardo told me he had very bad news. Immediately expecting the worst and imagining a very expensive repair ahead of me, I was immediately relieved to hear Ricardo laugh and say it was very bad news for him! He told me the existing tile issues were all cosmetic at this time,that the underlayment, sheathing, and flashing were all in good condition, that I need not worry about any leaks when it rains, and that he would not be making any money off of me this time around; telling me to recontact him in approximately 3 more years for an updated evaluation. He also showed me photos he took during the inspection to visually illustrate everything he detailed to me in explanation. Many roofing contractors would have taken my money for a roof repair that wasn't necessary and walked away feeling happy with themselves about doing so. Ricardo, on the contrary, told me he couldn't live with himself if he sold me a roof repair I didn't need. And again, how rare is that! So if like me, you find yourself in need of a roofing contractor with both expertise and integrity, I highly recommend Ricardo Lopez's Rite Roofing Co. Inc.

Ricardo was on time for appointment went right to work and was very knowledgeable . My tiles were slid back into place and he inspected the rest of my roof in a very professional manner. I would recommend this company very highly.

Ricardo was amazing as are the staff. Very responsive and the follow up customer service was great! I would definitely hire them again for my future roofing needs. I thought I had another leak and Ricardo was at my house in 1 day to check it out. It turned out the roof was fine, rain came in sideways through a vent. So glad it wasn't the roof! Other less honest roofers would have tried to sell me another roof repair.

Ricardo is an excellent inspector he explained the problem around the skylight, took photos to show the situation and explained the work involved in the repair. Susanna who handled the paperwork and communication was very knowledgeable, pleasant, and efficient. The crew arrived on time worked carefully and quickly. All were courteous and cheerful. Rite Roofing was the first roofing contractor I met with to get a bid for my shingle roof, with a portion of flat roof. The owner, Mr. Ricardo Lopez gave me a good vibe right away. I do all my own home maintenance. I'm not a roofer but I maintain (coat and patch) the flats and do minor repairs on shingles, plus everything else around the house. The work this company did was OUTSTANDING! Clean-Up was very thorough. The work was on time and very reasonably priced. I had 5 bids. 3 requested contractors never showed up. Busy rainy period in Tucson. I would recommend Rite Roofing to anyone needing a roof or roof repairs or maintenance. At one point there were 6 workers on my 1,800 SQ FT roof. Three of the six were family owners! Commitment is what I saw there. And the office and contract preparation with some modifications I requested was first rate, easy and efficient. Thank you Susana!
