Rigo is a pleasure to work with and is always there for "Our Clients".

They gave us couple of different options to treat. Based on the treatment options they came and performed the work.

They were really friendly and very informative. I believe they did a very good job.

We returned from a trip and found that a hive of bees have taken up residence in a space in the wall of our house. We phoned Rigo and the problem was taken care of the next morning. We are very pleased with the work.

Overall, I believe he was more concerned about keeping his uniform cleaned instead of doing any work. His main focus was to just spray around the yard, and that was it. As far as we're concerned he is not a real pest control professional.

We love Rigo. Paul is the guy who always comes to our home. He comes on a regular basis. He does a terrific job. We have had zero bugs in our house. He also takes care of any other outside problems that arise. He is very thorough in his work and is also very professional.

I think they do a really good job. When they had to come into my house, they put protective booties on their feet so they didn't track anything into the house. I also like that they are very environmentally conscientious.

Our house is about 10 years old and it started showing signs of termites. They were very reasonable. They gave us a three-year guarantee rather than a one-year guarantee. He offered to come out and re-inspect periodically if we needed him to. He has been very helpful. I am very satisfied with their service.

My wife called me yesterday and told me she found 4 bees in our laundry room (not something we've ever had to deal with before). She briefly tried to figure out where they were coming from, but could not figure it out. After finding and killing 2 more, I told her to call Rigo. We've used Rigo Pest in the past for spraying, roaches, termite inspections, etc. Rigo and Paul were at our place in less than 45 minutes. They were able to figure out where the bees were coming from and they took care of the problem completely (and very quickly!) We could not be happier with Rigo. Very professional! Competetive pricing, and a wonderful local business! We will not call anyone else.

Paul is a very professional service provider, does not use poison traps, always shows up on time and performs services as prescribed. Has identified inexpensive ways we can prevent packrats from nesting near the house.

I phoned Rigo Pest Prevention and spoke with the owner. He asked about accessibility and location. He said that they would be able to respond that day or the next morning. I said that was fine, it was not an emergency. He called back late in the afternoon and said that he had a technician nearby and quoted a price of $125. Paul arrived promptly. He explained what he planned to do, donned his bee suit and got to work. He worked for an hour sealing openings and dusting while the bees expressed their displeasure. He returned the next morning to complete the job. I haven't noticed any bee activity since. Bees had moved into the olive tree two years ago. I used a bee service that was more expensive, didn't make much effort to seal off the entrances and didn't offer a 30 day warranty. Paul was professional, answered questions and left the area clean (no dead or dying bees.) I will call Rigo Pest again.
