we had German roaches that took over our laundry room and kitchen. they did a few treatments, and killed them. that was several months ago and they haven't been back. GREAT company to work with. One time every time. Use them you will be pleased.

Eddie at Rigos was awesome and their prices were very fair. I had bees in my outdoor spa. Eddie did a great job of getting rid of the suckers quickly and efficiently. I will always use them for any such work and would definitely recommend them.

Paul was well educated in the field of bee removal, and was thorough in his treating the problem without any visible sign/damage to the exterior wall where the hive was positioned. I consider him an expert in his field.

Mr. Pennington from Rigo Pest Prevention met with me the day I called and we scheduled the next day to locate and remove a rat from the backyard shed. The rat had several nests and destroyed or contaminated the majority of my stored belongings. Mr. Pennington is a hard worker and he efficiently cleared my shed. I appreciated his honesty; I was ready to throw away items that he said were of great value. He located the rat and set rat traps. I am pleased with the service I received.

Rigo and his co-worker Bill were very personable and proffesional. Our family rescues dogs and we began to develop a problem with ticks and fleas around our house and backyard so we contacted Rigo Pest Control thru HomeAdvisor.com. Rigo responded to my request for treatment quickly and did a thorough job of spraying inside and outside of our house. It is a bit early to determine if the treatment was 100% effective, but we have found no live ticks since the treatment and Rigo will return in a week to do a follow up treatment. I would definitively recommend Rigo to whoever is in need of service from a pest control company.

Bees and hive removal from hard to find/get to place in the ceiling. Rigo, owner, was very professional and answered all of our questions plus questions we didn't know we had. He also was appreciative of our call and hire and appears to be a "go-getter". Like that.

He showed at the appointed hour, conducted the inspection, explained the paperwork, and provided a personal professional service for a fair price. WOW! You don't see this kind of response from most buisnesses. Highly recommend his company!

Contacted 20 minutes after my email request for help. Had a pro on-site within an hour later who took care of the problem (huge bee hive in a mesquite tree) in a very professional manner. Showed up early the next morning to remove the hive and other debris. Would recommend these folks to my mother!

I wanted some pack rats trapped under my double wide home as I found a huge nest under my bathtub when I remodeled. There are 2 access panels to get under the house to place the traps. The man Rigo sent was not able to put the traps in the right place. I, (a 70 yr. old man) crawled under the house to place them where they should be after trying Rigo's way and catching nothing. Rigo would only put them around the outside of the house where my dogs could get into them. I had to do the job right myself. Don't know how they can do business, they are useless.
