Description of Work: They are awesome. They manage a house for us in Tuson. We had gone with another company for many years and finally we switched to Rich Realty who was highly recommended to me by a good friend of mine. Everything has been great. We have 3 rental properties and they are by far the best. They are prompt about sending statements and are very thorough.

Here is some information for other Angie Listers who may be looking for professional property management. We have developed a comprehensive internet based advertising program that gets a lot of web traffic. We use a professional photographic virtual tour that gives potential renters a good idea of what the property is like. This creates many viewings of the property and email inquiries. We answer all inquiries quickly and personally show all properties. This translates to a quick rental to quality tenants. Once again, thanks for the kind review.

Everything is smooth. He inspected the house. Recommended a price. Indicated some areas that need to be cleaned. Gave advice on how to clean and which areas. Went over the most important parts in the agreement like charges. I am pretty happy with his service. He is very professional and an expert in an area. Very fast. I like him and that's why I choose him for my property management.
