I had tunnels on the foundation of my garage. Greg came out and did a free inspection and found tunnels on the inside of the house that I didn't even see. He was very thorough in explaining the process of treating the home. Adrian and Jason are great. They came out and did the treatment which took about half a day. A+ company.

Love the Technicians at Results. They have done all my pest control for years. Wouldn't call anyone else. Most recently had them out for a termite treatment. We're near a large wash and there are constant issues in our area. We retreat every 5 years and haven't seen any termites here since our first treatment in 2005. Neighbors on one side had them a couple years back and I referred them as well. Greg, the owner, came himself for the inspection. Haven't heard about any further issues. Im covered under warranty as well so if anything arises they take care of it no charge. Great local company.

They always send me a text or call reminder when they are going to be at my house, arrive on time, their techs are knowledgeable, friendly and professional, making this company very reliable and effective. Took care of my termite issue last year. Termites are gone. Technicians are friendly and knowledgeable. I also signed up for a monthly pest control. Highly recommend.I’m a snowbird so I appreciate them at my house keeping an eye on it.

Got Bugs was referred to my by a family member when I bought myhouse in 2012. Rick sprayed exteral part of my house and inside garage and inside the house. I have been pleased with the education he imparts when he is here.This has keep the insects, scorpions, spiders, etc at bay. He has provided me with insect traps to place and each door to catch and prevent insects from getting past the door frame. I continue to have him treat the house monthly and know my investment is well cared for. Rick and his team are responsive to my schedule and adjust as I need. This is much appreciated. Great customer service.

It always goes very well with Rick and the Got Bugs? team. Liz, Rick's wife is responsive very quickly about getting us on the schedule. Liz has been a Vet Technician and is very familiar with the problem of tics and told us clearly how we need to treat our home and outside grounds, in addition to treating our dog. We definitely have the problem under control and appreciate the courteous, effective, affordable service we get from the Got Bugs? team. The chemicals they use do the job without adding a smell or danger to us or our dog. We take our dog out of the house for 30 minutes or more after Rick has sprayed so that everything is dry and safer to be around.

I moved into a new home that had been unoccupied for a bit. As time went on, I kept noticing small insects and then finally ... 2 scorpions! Being a first time home buyer, this is all new to me ... They welcomed my questions and didn't make me feel foolish for asking them either! They walked me through what they were doing, explained to me what I could do on my own, provided me with information regarding how often and what preventative maintenance would be required going forward, and suggested how often I should schedule their services. Assuming the bug issues are indeed resolved ... Great job!

Got Bugs? has been doing our pest control for nearly five years. They treated our house for subterranean termites and provided a year-to-year warranty for a reasonable fee. When we found evidence of termites, they responded the next day to treat the area. They do our monthly pest control and we've never had a problem with bugs. I like that we always get the same technician. It makes it a friendly relationship that shows they care. They are always on time, calling the day before they show up. I highly recommend them for regular pest control and termite control.

I have been using them for about 6 years and would not continue using them if I did not like them. I give them all A's and will use them again in the future.

I had them do an initial termite protection on my home. I was still finding traces of the termites and they came out within 24 to 72 hours after calling them. There is no charge for having them come out in between scheduled appointments if you have an annual contract with them. They are responsive and show up when they say they will. They're thorough and knowledgeable.

They come in and they do not charge you, an arm and a leg They will come on a weekend. They do not charge extra for weekends. They are incredible. They come back to make sure it is taken care of. If they have to re-treat the area, they do not charge you extra. You can call them four days later and tell them that they are back, and they do not charge you extra. They chemicals they use are not very harmful. They are the best.

HE IS GREAT. WE DON'T EVEN HAVE TO CALL FOR AN APPOINTMENT, HE CALLS US WHEN IT IS TIME TO HAVE OUR PROPERTY SPRAYED AGAIN. HE IS NOT VERY EXPENSIVE AND HE ALWAYS FINISHES HIS WORK IN A TIMELY FASHION.
