 + -1 moreA/C was running, but not cooling. Called and received same day service. Was a little surprised at the price, but not experienced enough to know if this is industry standard or not. Anyway, I appreciate how quickly they got here and replaced the burned out motor. Our unit is 15 years old, and the repair tech said it looked good. He did NOT try to scare me into buying a new unit and for that, they have earned my respect. I will call them again if I have any further problems.
Description of Work: Removed and replaced condensing fan motor.

 + -1 moreSales representative was very polite, professional, responsive and knowledgeable. Answered all questions about options satisfactorily. Installers arrived as scheduled and completed the job on time. The quality of the work was excellent. Solicited three bids from three individual contractors. They were the lowest.
Description of Work: Provided and installed a new high efficiency furnace and central air conditioner.
