They were prompt courteous, and worked hard. One man did most of the work. They were careful not to damage anything or make the house dirty. They started on time and finished on the 4th day just as they had said they would. They offer high quality products (Toto toilet, forinstance) but do not have a large selection of them. Suits me just fine. It cost twice as much as I originally expected, but I checked on the prices of toilets, shower bases, vanities, etc. They were reasonable for the high end products. Every one I asked about bathroom remodels said "about $10,000" is what it costs, so I guess I was just behind the times in my initial price expectations. Getting it done in 4 days was great. They have a streamlined system for bathroom remodelling and it works. I will use them again.

The sales professional that came in was above and beyond regarding being prepared and her presentation. She did a fantastic job. The person who came out and did the rebuild was awesome. He was a young guy named Chris and he did everything. He did the plumbing, drywall, the fixtures, everything. He did it on time within schedule and always spoke to us regarding what he was doing. He did a lot of things that were outside the scope of his duties and did them well.

They were a good company. They did what they said that they would do. Their price was very high but they came in and completely remodeled the bathroom. They jack hammered the floor and did it in four days. They showed up when they were supposed to and did the installation skillfully. They were careful about not doing any damage and they got here on time. The quality of their work was excellent.

Chris Reynolds did an amazing job of cleaning out all the yucky moldy damage and rebuilding the entir corner the townhouse in 1 1/2 days! Im moving soon and since I need wheelchair adapted BA, I will definitely call them to adapt the bathroom if needed!

The work went very smoothly. The installer, Chris, showed up promptly, ready to work, for both jobs. The bathtub was done in March 2010; the shower in June 2010. Chris protected the path from the door to the work area to prevent excess tracking of dirt into the house. He just got down to it and worked! Each time we peeked in, the progress was evident. He did a great job of minimizing dust and debris. He explained his work as we inquired. The liner material fit precisely (good measuring by the estimator, Fred), the fixtures are attractive and functional. We used them for the shower based on our positive experience on the bathtub. Minor re-caulking was needed and they responded promptly. Both jobs were very positive experiences. I gave a "B" rating for price because we didn't get updated quotes from others we solicited in the past. If the price wasn't the best, the quality made up for it.

As indicated above, the entire project went very smoothly. The field technicians were extremely knowledgeable, arrived on schedule, cleaned up the construction site. Installation was great. Although rather expensive, I could not be happier.

It went well. It was supposed to take 2 days, but Chris, our installer, was able to do it in one day plus 30 minutes the second day when the corner shelf unit turned out to be the wrong color. The only thing I will say was wrong is that the salesperson, Fred, didn't make it clear that the shower corner shelf unit would be a different color from the one that we ordered. The picture shows the shelf unit the same color as the surround, but when it arrived it was several shades lighter and had none of the brown in it that the surround had. They arrived promptly as scheduled and went straight to work, making as little noise as possible despite what he had to do. Chris kept me informed as to his progress.

Earl from Re-Bath did my job, he was very professional and concerned that I was happy with the quality of his work. He tore out my old shower and got rid of a little mold I had, fixed leaks, so that the drywall was clean and dry before putting up the new shower stall walls, all new hardware, and shower doors. This was a one man job, Earl did all the work alone and is very good at what he does. Earl installed a new wood vanity and new countertop, sinks, and all new hardware/faucets. He also removed my old (glued to the wall) bathroom mirror and put up two new mirrors I had purchased. A new toilet was also installed. Earl put in more time on Saturday to finish the job then came back the next week to fix one of the mirrors that was not even. The whole job took about 3 days. I am very happy with my new bathroom and would not hesitate to have Re-Bath do more work for me on my other bathroom, and I probably will.

Fine- quick response for a quotation; good estimate of time to perform the work. In fact, as they said, the model(s) we selected were both in stock, so the installation happened even more quickly than we had expected. The installer had to delay a day from the original date, but easily performed the installation within the time frame we had defined. Cleaned up afterward and left everything looking good. They only do bathtub, but they do it well.

I was pretty happy with the services they provided for me because they did a great job and my new bath looks great. I couldn t be happier with the job these guys did for me. The price was fairly reasonable and well worth the quality.

They did a superb job. Our bathroom is beautiful and functional. The plumber came a day before to update our plumbing and relocate the drain, and the installer took the next two days to do the job.

I USED ARIZONA RE-BATH BECAUSE OF THE QUALITY OF THEIR WORK. WE LOOKED AT A LOT OF COMPANIES AND THIS ONE WAS THE BEST. THEY CAME IN AND HAD THE JOB DONE QUICKLY. I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE WORK THEY DID.

THIS WAS A GREAT COMPANY TO WORK WITH. THEY SET UP A TIME TO COME AND WORK RIGHT AWAY AND THE QUALITY OF WORK WAS OUTSTANDING. THE ONLY THING WAS THEIR PRICE WAS A LITTLE HIGHER THAN OTHERS BUT THEY OFFERED A LIFETIME GUARANTEE.
