+ -1 moreI needed an outside light installed. RAM advertised a low rate of $75. He included the time it took for him to drive to my house. He took a long time and I noticed he had a to-go sandwich. I was charged for 4 hours for a job he spent 3 hours on, including time to eat the sandwich.
