The owner did a fine job of describing what was going to be done but the follow through by the owner's staff was not good at all. There were items missing. The time they took to pack and load us is far greater than it should have been. They could have speeded up their work process. I would not recommend them to anyone else.

This company broke the backs of both my sister's couches. They repaired one of them. One was custom ordered with custom fabric. Not only did they refuse to pay for the damages (their contract says they aren't liable), but the owner or manager was very rude to my sister on the phone. It took three contacts from the BBB before they responded. I'd never use them.

It went great! They are on time and very professional. They wrapped my doors so there was no damage done to my home. The rates and quality of work were amazing. I would highly recommend them.

I had three very expensive couches moved from one house to another. The couches came from a very nice home (not mine) and I requested that rug runners be used. They had no problem with using runners. On the day of moving I was worried because it was raining, but they used the runners, and they even shrink-wrapped the couches so they would not get wet. I was happy that I did not get charged extra for these things. Overall I was very impressed with the movers professionalism. Both houses had unique driveways and they actually had to carry the couches around the side of the house, very near a swimming pool. It could have been a disaster with the rain, but these guys had no problem. I would absolutely use them again.
