 + -1 moreI am a senior citizen and I fell and scratched surface of my iPhone. Took it into Quick Fix Phone repair. I thought it needed a new shatterproof glass cover. The serviceman took it in back in his service area less than 5 minutes and told me $20. I asked what was wrong. He told me the plastic protective cover over the shatterproof glass was scratched and he removed that. He did not replace the shatterproof glass and charged me $20 for a complete repair. The shatterproof glass was okay and no scratches on it. I did not know it had a protective cover that I could peel off myself. I also wanted to say that I was contacted by the owner/manager of the company and they refunded my money. My grading is low because the employee charged me for work that was not done.
Description of Work: I am a senior citizen. I fell and the face of my iPhone was marred. I thought it needed a new shatter proof protectant cover on it.
