I am writing this review to say that no one use Q&T Services without a pre-written estimate, Chris lies about having a boss somewhere else, but he is the boss. The work requires more than the estimated price and it has to be present before doing the work. In 2019, he charged me $5,000. Now, he billed me $11,000 for the same property and the same Mesquite Trees. This is a local franchise not a national firm. I got numerous other estimates and they all said that Q&T was overpriced. My account has been settled.

Chris and his guys were the best. I had a eucalyptus and a desert willow tree in danger of falling at the next storm and they were able to respond in a timely manner. I could not believe how fast this crew worked, and how effectively. Both trees were down in a couple of hours, they did the stumps, and were gone in about 2.5 hours total. It was amazing. I was extremely happy. In addition, they offer a fair price for their serves. I would use them again any time.

Chris and his crew were professional, fast and courteous! Job was completed as expected and left the job site clean. We will definitely do more business and highly recommend for landscaping and tree trimming.

These gentlemen did not perform the services quoted nor was it an "emergency response". They are frauds and disrespectful.

We hired Q & T Services to trim and shape four mesquite tress that were in dire need of trimming and remove a dying pine tree along with tree stump grinding. Chris and his crew responded on time and did an excellent job on the mesquite tress and removal of the pine tree. They were diligent in making sure limbs didn't fall on the house and damage anything on the property. Very satisfied with their quality of work, professionalism, and cleanup after the job was done. Would highly recommend their service and will hire again. Thank you for a job well done.

Chris came by on a Monday and gave me a quote. I called him back on Tuesday and Wednesday morning him and his crew were at my house. They knocked out the job in under 2 hours , did excellent work and did an amazing job cleaning up. Call Q&T if you need tree work done!

OK, but after job was completed, heard from other companies who were considerably less in price for the same work.

Original work went fine. 2 trees removed and stumps grinded. I was guaranteed that trees would not grow back. A couple of months later, one of the trees has started to grow back and sprout. I've been communicating with Q & T for almost a month now, trying to get them to come out to regrind the stump to no avail. I've been given excuses and the last time when we had a date set, Q & T never showed up and has been silent since. Please be aware if you're interested in working with them; follow up if there is an issue, will not happen

The service was excellent. Chris and his team showed up on time, and they had the equipment necessary to do a professional job. Chris had a system in place to maximize the process - they were like a well-oiled machine. At all times I was able to ask questions, and I felt comfortable with any advice, as Chris is very knowledgeable.

VERY DISAPPOINTED IN NEVER BEING CONTACTED

I called for quote, the gentleman called me back to set up a time for the next morning he said between 8-9am, he never showed up and did not call to say he wasn't coming- I ended up texting him because he clearly did not want my business- I defiantly would not recommend a company who cant even communicate. His lost is someone elses gain.

Prompt estimate and tree removal. Chris was easy to work with.

Work was complete quickly and professionally. Price was a bit higher than expected.

Chris contacted me right away. He came out the same day to do an estimate for the work. We agreed upon a price and he was able to schedule the job for the next day. Both Chris and his team were friendly, professional, and did an excellent job! We plan to have him return in the future to do additional projects.

Chris did an amazing job. He removed a tree that was about 50 years old and had big roots coming out of the ground as well. His staff was very courteous and worked hard removing the tree leaving no noticeable indication that a tree was there. They did an awesome job of cleaning up and leaving me some chopped firewood as well. He was honest and charged me a very competitive price. It had rained when they were working on the stump and had to leave. I gave him full payment at that time and he came back when the trump was dried to finish the job without me having to track him down. Now that is what I call honesty! I would not go with anyone else. The others were visibly trying to rip me off. Once I gave them my competitive quote then all of a sudden they could reduce their prices as much at $700. That was not a good sign for me and decided to stay with Chris and I am glad I did.

It went very well, they did a great job and were done in 2 hours and cleaned up well.

They left me a mess to clean s was for my 83 year old father, no way he could have cleaned up the mess that was left. Took me hours to get rid of the tree debris and others stuck in the tree still falling weeks later. They also were meant to have given us receipt for money paid and they have ignored that request. To this day we still don’t have invoice for what we paid. Months later, they wanted us to come to them. I think it was part of the job to provide receipt. Felt taken advantage of and will not use Angies list in the future. Nice at first but job was not as the other review had listed.

It's all about "The Boom". They were late showing up for the estimate but came prepared to do the job. Fast and efficient.
