custom cabinets

Description of Work: I scheduled a consultation with this company for a simple trash bin install in one of the cabinets in my kitchen. The guy provided me with a 150.00 install quote. Even though I though it was a lot of money for some rails we agreed. He said " ok I will do the work in a couple of weeks" . Never called me back. I saw him at the Tucson home show month later. I wanted to call him out bit did not want to embarrass his company. Nothing worse than a man that doesn't follow his word. It's bad for business.

 + -1 moreI hired a man from Pull Out Shelves to install them in our pantry and kitchen. They came with a lifetime warranty. While overall, OK, the shelves in one pantry cabinet have never worked 100% to our satisfaction and when I called to make good on the warranty in October of 2009, the owner told me they do not warranty the installation work of their independent contractors, and as it turns out the one we had is no longer in business, so we are out of luck. Lifetime Warranty does not mean Lifetime Warranty.
