We are pleased with the final result, despite one quality issue that the company promptly resolved. The owner/manager provided a reasonable estimate of $885 for two coats of paint in one color, including labor. Monsoon rains delayed the start of the project, but the owner/mgr. maintained good communication about rescheduling and began work as soon as weather permitted. After application of the agreed-upon two coats, we were disappointed in the inconsistent results, which appeared thin on some areas and thicker on others. The owner/mgr. was polite and professional when we brought the issue to his attention, and, after a brief, friendly negotiation, offered to send the painters back to apply a third coat and waive the additional labor costs if we paid for the additional paint ($128). We agreed, and the painters returned as soon as the weather permitted (within a couple of days), this time back-rolling the paint after applying it with sprayers for a more consistent and even appearance, which, apparently, had not been done on the first two coats. The final result looks good. Final cost: $1,013.

The work they did was phenomenal. It was a very smooth process and they were accommodating. The customer service really stood out to me, and the clean out was phenomenal.

Protegrity did a partial remodel on our master and guest bathroom. This included removing wall paper, texturing walls and painting, installing new light fixtures and a medicine cabinet. Beginning meeting with the owner, Mackenzie Atkins, to the painters Chanese and Maurice it was a positive experience. We found them to be honest and professional. We are very pleased with the final results and would highly recommend Protegrity.
