+ -1 moreMy A/C Blower fan seized up and needed replacement, I called my in-home warranty service, and the first two or three companines that they referred me to said they could not come out for at least a week. The temperature outside was in the high 90's low 100's. Finally they contacted Josh at Pro Tech, and he said he would be out by morning. Joe, his tech showed up early the next morning, and discovered that the fan was an OEM part and had to be ordered through the company. They ordered and got the fan, and showed up the next morning at 8:30 AM to install it. We now have A/C. Both Josh and the Tech were professional, and did everything in their power to assure we would have A/C ASAP. Would definitely ask for them in the future!
