They missed a few things, but they came back and fixed everything. I was satisfied with the price.

It took them almost 2 weeks to get us a quote. We chose not to use them.

They were very prompt with estimates and timelines to provide service. The job was not done to my satisfaction but they came back within 24hrs to fix the few problems. The final job looks great.

I had an appointment to get the estimate at 3:30 and I was 10 minutes late to the appointment due to a longer appointment before his. There were two other workmen at the house and they said he only waited 10 minutes past 3:30. They said he just left so I called the office to see if he was close enough to return and the receptionist said he was too far and couldn't come back. I said if you want the work in this economy he should come back. They still refused so I told her that there were plenty of other floor tilers out there and I guess there business is so good they don't want the $7000-$10000 job. I know I was late but to refuse to come back or make another appointment...I'm glad I didn't use them.

I was impressed that they did such a good job. I was continually impressed because he has a large number of people at his disposal that can do multiple jobs.

From the time we met with the owner to discuss what we wanted done to the final day of touch up painting it went extremely well. This was the third time we have remodeled a home we were living in and it was by far the best experience. Everyone was friendly and pleasant to have around. They arrived on time every day, worked hard and cleaned up before they left. Some days there were only one or two people and some days there were seven or eight depending on what was being done. We needed to have a place for our cat to hide out so they did all of one end of the house first then moved to the other end so he would always be in a undisturbed room which we appreciated very much. Also my husband works from home so they accommodated his schedule when it came time to replace the floor in his office. When we asked for advice on paint and tile colors & types they made great suggestions and as a result the finished product is just beautiful. We could not be more pleased & would highly recommend the

They were more than willing to offer suggestions and to accept changes throughout the project. They were so gracious about making revisions. The crew was extremely artistic in their tile work. On a daily basis, they cleaned up the work areas in my home and in my driveway. They were very careful about their work and thrived to do a good job. They showed up on time each day. Throughout the process, the supervisor kept me well informed.

The guys came out and measured everything and came out with books to give great recommendations on what would work the best for our home. We specifically asked for a cement bond, and when it crumbled they came out and re-worked the windows at no charge to us which was extremely nice of them.

PRO REMODELING AND RESTORATION INC WERE FANTASTIC. THEY WORKED PRETTY HARD, AND DIDN'T LEAVE MY YARD LOOKING LIKE A CONSTRUCTION CREW JUST FINISHED WORKING.

I THOUGHT THIS COMPANY WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL WITH US. THEY LISTENED TO EVERYTHING WE WANTED AND DID EVERYTHING WE ASKED. I ALSO LOVED THE QUALITY OF WORK THEY DID. IT WAS OUTSTANDING FOR THE PRICE THEY CHARGED.

THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. THE FLOORS LOOK GREAT. I AM A VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER. THE PRICE WAS EXCELLENT FOR ALL THE WORK THEY DID AND THEY CLEANED UP THE AREA WHEN THEY WERE DONE WITH IT.

I HAD SPECIFIC MEASUREMENTS THAT I NEEDED TO FIT STORAGE ITEMS. HE DID NOT USE THE RIGHT MEASUREMENTS, SO I CAN'T FIT THE STUFF INTO THE CABINETS. HE DID HOWEVER DO A BEAUTIFUL JOB ON THE BOOKCASE AND CABINETS.

THEY CAME TO MY HOUSE ON TIME AND WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY DID NOT LEAVE A MESS FOR ME TO CLEAN UP. THEY GOT THEIR JOBS DONE IN A TIMELY FASHION AND WERE VERY FRIENDLY.
