Description of Work: Used him several times, and was pleased with service; but many times he said he would pick up parts, but didn't. The last time I ever heard from him he lied about what he did, and afternover at 20 phone calls to reach him he never called me back. I finally left a message that I would take action. He also caused a lot of damage to my roof by messing up the work he did on the evaporative cooler. Now that I found him on Angies list I think your members should be notified.

I feel confident that should finances shift, I will immediately contact them as I felt very comfortable with their quality of work.

 + -1 moreFor the first job, we called for an estimate and he made an appointment and came on time. He had the parts with him and did the work then. He was very professional, cleaned up and it was a very positive experience. The second time, our kitchen faucet wasn't working and he came within two days and fixed it. Again he came on time, did the work, cleaned up and a very positive experience.
Description of Work: the first visit was to replace a gasket on the bottom of the garage door. the second visit was to install a kitchen faucet with all the tubing

 + -1 moreRob is a pleasant, conscientious worker and strives to do a great job. He is resourceful and knowledgeable in plumbing and electric. Prices seemed reasonable to work performed.
Description of Work: Repaiired bath towel bar, two bath fans, grouted bath shower and plastered bath ceiling. Replaced two electirc plugs to code. Installed new bath faucet.

 + -1 moreRob works on his own so do not expect 24 hour service but for work that can be scheduled I highly recommend him. He is careful and conscientious.
Description of Work: Rob has fixed several items over the past year or so, including cooler and air conditioner. He has also service the heater. Recently he installed a reverse osmosis water contraction (that I bought at CostCo) under my kitchen sink. He read the directions and installed it in what seemed like a reasonable time to me.
