PRIDE PROPERTY INSPECTIONS

Extremely thorough, very professional! I will definitely be hiring them again for all my future home inspection needs.

It went well. We submitted this inspection to the buyer and they decided not to do a Buyer's inspection as they were good with the Pride Property inspection.

We are buying a 3800 sq ft home in a new subdivision and we wanted an independent and experienced inspector to review the property before the final walk-through and closing with the builder. Mark was very thorough and provided a 70-page report with plenty of photos (including a nice summary at the end), less than 24 hours after the inspection. As this is a new home, the vast majority of items were minor, but it gave us peace of mind as well as a punch list to give to the builder. We would use him again.

Arrived on time, pointed out key issues and recommended corrective actions. Since I was buying a short sale, I wasn't expecting the seller to correct the problems, just looking for some piece of mind. I got it. Thanks Pride Property Inspections. The thing I think could have been different is no charge for coming out for a follow up inspection of repaired items. He wanted to charge $100 additional dollars.

Mark did an amazing job! His report covers almost anything you can think of, going though and finding all the little things wrong helped us plan for after purchase. We bought the home from HUD in an AS-IS sale, so knowing what to expect after closing helps us budget costs. In fact, we are using him again for another purchase!

Mark was great about scheduling, even though things kept changing, he kept making himself available. He was on time and really did a complete job. He kept detailed notes of the inspection as well as detailed photographs. He went over everything with me over the phone and was knowledgeable and helpful. He was a great advocate in getting things done that I was having a hard time with, and definitely saved me 10 times or more in what I paid him. The real estate agent paid for him to re-inspect the house before closing and he caught several things that needed doing. All in all, I highly recommend using Mark and his company.
