PREVENTATIVE PEST CONTROL, INC.

They are always on time and very professional. We have used them for 3 years and will keep them as they are very reasonably priced and do a great job. We are in a new subdivision built in the desert and everyone has had a bad ant problem. they kept after ours at every service and if we saw them between times came right out when I called. We are now ant free. Haven't seen any ants this year.

This company was recommended by a friend but our experience has been horrible. We prepaid for the year of monthly pest service. We think they water down their poison we had scorpions non stop most of the year. They constantly had to come retreat home- getting them on the phone is impossible to reschedule or repeat service. Several times they sprayed poison and actually sprayed the whole pool deck splashing it in the water and all over house windows. So I got to clean dried poison spots off the glass. They'd knock rain gutter and landscape lights apart dragging hose around Yard but NEVER fix what they broke. Tech is sloppy and lazy. Month after month of this we are so done with this company and having to call their office about techs and needing more service.

They arrived on time and were very pleasant and professional. Have a contract with them for a year. They will be spraying every 2 months.

They are very good and very reasonable. We have been using them for five years. If we have a problem, they will come out to take care of it free of charge. They always send us a card to let us know when they are going to be here. They are timely and do a good job. They are friendly people. We recently had to reschedule our appointment with them, and they were great.

They are wonderful! We have been very pleased and feel not only are we getting our money's worth, but that we are always treated like a valuable customer by their staff. The proof of the pudding is that we do not have bugs or other pests. Once a neighbor's yard was infested with ants and they started crawling over the wall, Preventative Pest took care of it and it stopped!! I will never use another service again. The only "negative" I can mention at all is that when they had to train new office staff, only one person couldn't "get it", and even then, I was able to talk to the owner and get everything put in order and back to what we'd had and expected. The bottom line here is that they are AWESOME at what they do, how they do it, and give you a living environment that is truly enjoyable from the pest maintenance point of view! I highly recommend Preventative Pest!!

THEY HAVE VERY NICE PEOPLE AND THEY ANSWERED ANY AND ALL THE QUESTIONS THAT I HAD. THEY WERE VERY RESPONSIBLE AND THEY HAD WORKED IN A TIMELY FASHION. THEY HAD WORKED AROUND MY WORK SCHEDULE WHICH WAS VERY CONVENIENT.
