+ -1 moreThe system initial contract began 07/18/09. As of 02/14/11, the system was fully paid for, but not fully installed and didn't function properly. Shawn acknowledged that he had been paid and still had not completed the job, but finally he stopped taking our calls and barred us from access to his cell phone, and messaging. It has cost us an additional $5,000 to get the system functional, but we have been told it isn't possible to get it to function as it was desegned. The primary, and most expensive component was, according to the manufacturer, was already outdated when it was installed and they no longer sell, service or support that component. Since it doesn't function and can't be repaired it must be bypassed and the system will never work as designed. It has never functioned properly since it was installed and it my understanding that Shawn has left town.
Description of Work: We contracted for Prescott Home Entertainment to design, purchase, install and service a whole house AV system. The home was new construction.

+ -1 moreThey showed up when they said they would to give the estimate, however when it came to the installation they didn't show up when they were supposed to and didn't return my calls. I cancelled the contract because they were unresponsive.
Description of Work: I called them for an estimate to have the home entertainment system installed.
