Patricia is unbelievable! I was embarrassed when she and her girls arrived to clean this filthy apartment, but her attitude was amazing. I didn't believe that the bathrooms or refrigerator would come back to life, but she did her magic and everything was spotless. And, she is delightful. I found her on Angie's List and lucked out.

After Patricia came to my house we agreed in a price for twice a month cleaning. She called the night before and asked to come 4 hrs later than the time we had scheduled. I said ok, but still she never showed. After 45 minutes I called and the woman who answered the phone said they had gotten "held up". I called both numbers for an hour and no one would answer. After 2 hours I finally talked to Patricia and she could offer no explanation for why they hadn't showed. So disappointed. I really thought this was going to be a long lasting work relationship. I believe she over scheduled herself and could not fulfill her commitments

I practically came home to a new house. I am so happy with the work that Patricia and her team did, my house is glowing. They are efficient and extremely reasonably priced for the work they do. I look forward to working with them in the future!

Patricia and her team did an excellent job. Cleaned the whole house including base boards, windows, oven and fridge; vacuumed and mopped all floors and swept front and back patios. They were efficient and timely in completing their work. Very professional and great customer service. I asked if they provide on-going cleaning -- they do. I will submit an additional review for that service.

Patricia and her helper showed up on time ready to work and happy. She calmed us during a very stressful move. The quality of the cleaning was top notch. Our home is sparkling and ready for photos.

It went fantastic! Patricia was very responsive, calling me back the same day to answer questions. And I had questions, because my daughter-in-law lives in Tucson while I'm in VA. Patricia was able to schedule me quickly, even though she had a special deal going on. The crew arrived on time, were very sweet and did a great job, according to my daughter-in-law., who was able to take her children to the zoo and relax. Patricia checked back in with me to make sure everything went well. I would definitely hire this business again. I was very pleased.

Preferred Klean-Co., LLC. was by far the best cleaning company I’ve come across in a real long time. Patty, the owner and her assistants, Jessica and Graciela were so professional, yet so good in listening to everything I needed done. They were also very personable, too! I recently had surgery and needed help with the cleaning of my home. Patty promptly returned my call and was able to fit me in after she just had a cancellation. It worked out perfectly! I look forward to having them help me again soon. Thank you, ladies!

Team of 3 very pleasant women cleaned steadily for 3 hours. They were professional, respectful of us and our home, and they did a fantastic job. Have tried others before but Patricia and her crew were the best I have ever hired. They will now be cleaning on a recurring basis!

I called Patricia at 7am the day before I needed to find someone for my mother in law to have her rental cleaned for a move out. She answered the phone and rearranged her schedule the following day so she could fit us in. The communication the remainder of the day was hard, but we were both working. She said she would fit us in and she did. She came the following day and did an amazing job! The price was competitive and reasonable. Thank you Patricia!

I was very pleased with Patricia and her crew. I bought an Angie's List special the first time I called Preferred Klean, and have had them back a second time. I am scheduled to have them come again. They brought their own supplies and equipment, their estimates for the time needed were spot on, and the space was immaculate when they finished. They were very gods about getting to all the surfaces, dusting the blinds, and wiping down the fan blades. They also scheduled a visit on fairly short notice, which I appreciated.

The two were right on time and did a splendid job. I will definitely hire them again.

They are a two person crew, always punctual and ready to go upon arrival. They do an amazing job for the 2 hrs of being at the house, they even clean the windows and underneath the birdcage that we have!! Have been using them for the past couple of months, highly recommend!

My house was cleaned well, my only disappointment was she scratched my microwave and oven. I didn't notice until after she left. I don't know if I would use this service again. The price was very good.
