Description of Work: I have been buying pond supplies and equipment from them since we moved to Tucson a year ago. Most recently, I had skimmer net issues and they have been helpful in finding/ordering odd sizes and alternatives. Also, the pond plants I got to help with fpond balance have been great.

Description of Work: They said they'd make my waterfall beautiful (needed refurbishing) and it was ugly, with sharp rocks, instead of river rocks.

+ -1 moreTo be fair, they responded quickly and came when they said they would. Unfortunately the work was very poor. The issue of the stressed pipes and joints was not solved; the concrete pad they poured was way too small for the filter, so it would continue to sag within months. The system still stressed the joins and pipes. My husband had to undo all the work they did and do it again it took 3x as long to finish a job we hired them to do because he was short on time.
Description of Work: This company was contracted to align a pump system and pour a concrete slab for the 250# sand filter to our fountain. The system was installed poorly to begin with, and we wanted them to align the pipes and pour a concrete slab for the filter and pump so that it would no longer sag in the ground, stressing the water system. We had a water leak due to poor installation of the fountain in the home we purchased in July of 2012.

+ 0 moreThe work went very well and was carried out within the cost estimate and time frame originally submitted. We are very pleased with the quality of thr work and with the final results of our " new waterfall, pond, pump and filter" We certainly would utilize the services of Ponds, Plants and More and Maintenance and recommend the company to other individuals. Although Ponds, Plants and More and Maintenance was not a registered contractor in Arizona (at the time of the worked described), the company had an excellent rating with the local Tucson BBB. No complaints or citations were noted in contact with the BBB.
Description of Work: 1. Inspection of old fountain and pond, and discussion and recommendations to fix the problems noticed. 2. Submission of a detailed estimate of exactly what work was recommended , what the cost of the work would be and a time schedule to start and finish the work recommended. A new pump and sand filter were installed, the old pond re-sealed and filled with rock ranging from large sizes in the bottom of the old pond and crushed rock similar in size to rock on the adjacent lan were added at the top. The old waterfall was cleaned and scraped cleaned of residue and new brick work was installed around the new pond to prevent water from seeping into the pond from runoff from the house roof and old patio surface. 3. During the review and estimate period, the owner Mr. Marcellino Aguirre and his son, were constantly in touch quickly to answer any questions that we might have about the work, their qualifications and the cost. 4. When the work started, within the time frame of their estimate, two workers of the firm, Mr. Aguirre's son and another gentlemen, were constantly present. Mr. Aguirre came frequently as well to guide and inspect the work being done. 5. After the work was completed, several inspections and test of the equipment installed were made by over the next several weeks to insure that the equipment installed worked properly and that the waterfall the pond operated as stated.

+ 1 moreWe have a rose colored flagstone patio. They topped the pool perimeter with flagstone which matched perfectly. I was also impressed with the care the installers took with installing the flagstone. They not only did a great job, they also made sure it looked aesthetically pleasing. They cleaned the fountain, installed the pump, etc. and did an excellent job.
Description of Work: I have a natural stone fountain about 5 ft. high. At the base there is a 3ft x 6 ft shallow pool. When it was installed the top of the pond area is a little below ground level. As a result, the shallow pool gets filled with junk. Also, I have had problems with the pond float and the fountain pump. The worked consisted of power washing the algae covered fountain, new more powerful pump, new float and raising the pool perimeter topped with a flagstone.

+ -1 moreWISH ON US, SO WE MOVED THE FISH FROM OUR POND TO THE LAKE. THEY DO A EXCELLENT JOB WITH THE POND AND KEEPING IT CLEAN, AS WELL AS ADDING PLANTS TO THE SCENERY.
