We contacted Plumb Plumbing on a weekend and asked for a service call during the coming week. The office responded on Monday with a price quote and indicated we'd get a call to arrange the service call. Three days later and still no call. Our experience may not be similar to others. We found the interaction to be unsatisfactory.

Shane was efficient, meticulous and pleasant. He gave us a crash course on maintenance of the water filter system and made the extra effort to help us locate new filters for it. He gave clear answers to all our questions, making sure we understood (and was quite patient and nice about it, as we are a little slow on the uptake). We wouldn't hesitate to call on him again.

About ten months ago, we hired Plumb Plumbing to reseal our leaking kitchen sink. They did a great job. Unfortunately, the sink began to leak again last night, so we called Plumb Plumbing to come back for warranty work. They showed us, convincingly, that the new leak was caused by a broken stem inside the handle rather than from the o-ring work they had previously performed. They stated that it would be difficult to find a replacement part for our old Glacier Bay faucet and encouraged us to replace it. Because they didn't seem to gain much by this recommendation--they specifically encouraged us to buy the new faucet from our choice of third-party vendors--this seemed like sound advice. So, while I drove to Home Depot, their plumber removed our old faucet. When I returned, he installed the new one. The whole process lasted 1.5 hours. The plumber was a nice guy, easy to work with, very courteous. They gave us a 10% AL discount. I'd happily call them again.

They were very prompt. He kept calling when he was on his way. He was very kind.

They're very good. They have fair pricing and they've got very knowledgeable and very competent plumbers. It was excellent.

I am not an easy person to impress, but I was blown away by Joe (the estimator and job manager) and Plumb Plumbing. Joe could not do enough to make me happy and reassure me (I was out of town while the work was being done) and called me at the end of each day to let me know about the progress. He made promises about the schedule, which I found hard to believe could be accomplished, but they delivered on everything! When I returned, it was hard tell that anything was different - the walls were repaired and ready for painting with very few areas of noticeable repairs. I would not hesitate to recommend this company highly!

Andy was pleasant, professional, and efficient. The same high level of customer service was also displayed by the office staff when I called to make an appointment.

Excellent work, completed the job on time and efficiently. Came right out when we had an issue with the repiping even though it turned out there was nothing wrong, just a strange noise.

They were prompt in coming out the same day to give an estimate. He had to dig down about 2 feet to expose the leak. He said it was too late in the day to do the work but he would email me an estimate. After a couple of days, I had not received the estimate so I called back and spoke with an estimator. He apologized for not getting back in time. He said the work should have been done the same day so he offered to give me my $150 check back(this was the charge for 1 hour labor plus travel charge). I accepted and received the check in the mail the next day. I find Plumb to be professional and customer service oriented. Their work is fine, too. I would repeat.

Called Plumb Plumbing for a quote, Steve was there on time and and provided me with a quote. Another plumber wanted $62 just to give an estimate. Price was very reasonable compared to three other quotes I received. The plumber, Bruce, was at my house on time, did the job in a very professional and quality manner. Had the job done in 4 hours with no problems whatsoever. I would definitely use Plumb Plumbing in the future and will be requesting Bruce.

I’ve used them in the past. I double-checked them in Angie’s List and they had a great score. There were no problems. I just wanted them to see and everything was fine. It was very smooth. He was very thorough. I have several apartments and he had to do several areas. It was a little more expensive than the normal service call when they did the camera. I would recommend them. Their price is comparable with everybody else. It’s cheaper to do it here.

We called them and told them what was going on and how much would it be. They sent for us just to try something over the phone and we tried it and it fixed it.

I woke up in the morning with a flooded carport and front yard from a leaky pipe outside the house. I called Plumb Plumbing at 6:30am and they had someone at my house at 7:40am. The plumber (Jack) quickly evaluated the problem and had it fixed within 30 minutes. He was quick, efficient, and communicated wlll with me throughout the process. I was very pleased with the service and will be calling them again when the need arises.

I had "backed up" sewage from trying to fix a clog myself. Called Plumb and they responded immediately. The plumber (Shane) was very professional and friendly. He "snaked" the clogged drain from outside and immediately corrected the problem. He installed parts at my request for another toilet that I had (unrelated to the original problem). The cost for the whole job was very reasonable and they warrant their work. Definitely someone I would call again with a plumbing problem.

The server we received from Plumb Plumbing was outstanding. They were on time and courteous and the pricing was very fair. They also offered to show us the broken part so that we would understand what went wrong.

I've had this company do work several times in the past with good results, so called them again when it was time to remodel one bathroom and repair some problems in another. Shane has come twice (his job has to wait for me to make some choices, do some painting and flooring, etc. before I'm ready for the next phase). I like Shane for two equally important reasons: He knows what he's doing, and he's willing to explain it to me. I want to understand the process, and he's a patient guy - should be a teacher some day. I'm more than satisfied with all aspects of the work.

We have old iron pipe inside our house and have been planning to run new pipe. On 7/24/14 water was noticed behind the toilet and the wall was wet. All drains were running well so we didn't feel it was the sewer. We called several plumbers who couldn't come out until next week. I called Plumb Plumbers at 10:30 and they gave us a time of 11 AM- 1 PM that day. Came out at 11:45 AM and trouble shot the job in a manner of 10 minutes- we requested him to expose the iron pipe behind the toilet first -that was dry. The sewer block didn't present itself until the third flush. We were relieved to know it wasn't our old iron pipe that had finally given up. The tech, Andy was courteous, professional and efficient. He was careful cleaning up the debris while working, which we appreciated. We highly recommend this company and will use them in the future.

I called at 9:30 to inquire about having a kitchen faucet replaced - the lady who answered the phone was very courteous and scheduled a plumber for 12:00-2:00 the same day. The plumber called at 11:00 and said he would be there in 35 mins. He was very polite, professional and did an excellent job. We had a Delta Touch faucet that I bought from Home Depot, so it took a little longer to do than a standard faucet. Price was fair with a 10% Angie's List discount - very pleased and I will use Plumb Plumbing again

Sean arrived promptly and did a thorough inspection. We knew of two problems. After working with him we identified some other work. He was very accommodating.

Needless to say - I am resting a lot easier knowing this had been tended to When I went to Angie's list I was looking for a plumber with a lot of experience, and someone who had been working in my City, Tucson for a lot of years. One of the plumbers presented was Plumb's Plumbing. I hired them to do the work I needed to have done. The word that keeps coming to my mind is - WOW. I sure got the right plumbers. I live on a fixed income, and had been concerned about the cost. When Shane was finished and handed me the bill I was surprised. The bill was $305. For the work Shane did - this was a very good price. Again - I thank Angie's List and Plumb Plumbing.

Service came right on time at 8:00 AM which was perfect so I could get to work. "Andy" replaced Moen faucet with Delta that did not hold up and was leaking. Very Neat, Very fast. Showed me how to maintain and made some suggestions with cleaning and use. Adjusted my disposal which had been installed years ago and never fully locked down. Wrote out a check and I thought he had left. Andy came knocking on my door and asked me to rewrite my check for a lesser amount because I had not received my "Angies Discount". Great job !
