Description of Work: Service was very knowledgeable, explained what was wrong and there was no pressure to do work I did not want to do. The price was very reasonable.

Description of Work: Changed out 3 faucets. Changed shower faucet handles. Fixed drip in bath, Stabilized toilet.

Description of Work: Completely repiped entire house removing polybutylene piping and manifold system. Job required workman to knock holes in walls. All work including repairing holes in walls was completed professionally.

Description of Work: They replaced a garbage disposal, and a fitting on the water heater. There was no funny business, and the work was performed in the time quoted. When there was an unrelated problem with the AC unit, the tech tried his best to see if it was anything they had done, which was appreciated. the only reason I didn't give "all A's," was the pricing was about average for just about any plumbing company.

Description of Work: Initially unable to fix leaky faucet. Unable to find part and actually left sink unusable. May of been due to some miscommunication. Apparently, replacement part not available (I looked independently). | |Supervisor said he would make it right and he did. Gave us new faucet at cost (or at least way below what I could get it on the internet. | |I was impressed that although things didn't go exactly right the first visit, they followed through, fixed the problem, and made sure I was satisfied. | |

Description of Work: Andy was very good- he found where it was leaking (spot in gravel) in front yard. It was a pipe leading from main water spikot to a side spikot- so he tapped off the extra piping and said to call for an price quote to fix the side yard piping (rotted out- metal). We had a trip so he fixed the main part and it worked. I didn't realize that it had be leaking for a while - as the bill was a lot higher for that month. He explained the rotted out part and showed me the new type of line they would use for the extra piping.

Description of Work: Jack came out for another house that my family has - it had an old from spikot- corroded and handle broken- was dripping, also that main value in the back wouldn't move- frozen. He said it might break inside of the turn value and they would guarantee that part if it broke. It didn't break and he replaced the front (bib) and showed me 3 choices of turn off handles and put the one it wanted on. He also gave me a discount from Angie's List. He also was very helpful- Jack and Andy from a call before, they seem very reliable company to use.

Description of Work: replaced drains and pipe in two master bath sinks. |the existing ridged plastic pipe was not up to code and they replaced with smooth metal piping.

Description of Work: We had a copper pipe with valve in a tight spot that had corroded and was leaking. I saw the reviews on Angies List and told my mom if you have any problems give them a call. She did and Jack was there in less than an hour. He repaired the pipe with the fittings in his truck. He cleaned up afterwards and had also showed my mother exactly what he did. He also took the time to check some other pipes for us and call me in another state to confirm it was not necessary to replace the pipe. Wow, great work, quality, timely, and honest!!!!! We have there number on speed dial!

Description of Work: I experienced a break in the water main. Plumb Plumbing replaced the line with PEX tubing and tracer wire, installed new copper up to the pressure reducing valve, installed 2 new isolation ball valves, installed new meter tail and ball valve at the water meter. Replaced landscaping rocks that were disturbed during the installation. I was very impressed by the knowledge, professionalism and personalities of the two man crew, Bruce & Jessie. | |During the excavation, an old & badly deteriorated galvanized pipe feeding the irrigation system broke. The team went down to the local Home Depot, purchased the necessary parts, returned and repaired this issue as well, using PVC and did so with no additional charges applied. | |About 10 days later, I noticed a leak in the same spot. A technician was dispatched that very afternoon. It turned out to be a leak between the PVC and one of the fittings. Shane repaired this leak and tidied up the landscape rock. | |I then questioned him about my 13+ year old garbage disposal. He suggested that it was time to replace it due to several signs he clearly pointed out. He did not try to push any product to me, but through my questioning about brands and horsepower he told me that he happened to have the exact same INSINKERATOR model on board his truck, so I decided to have him install it. I don't think it even took him a half-hour to complete the job. Everything was clean & tidy when he left. Shane was also a very knowledgeable and professional technician with the type of character that instilled a feeling of trust. | |I highly recommend this company and will most certainly call them again in the future.

Description of Work: Problem was a stoppage in the septic tank line. Plumb diagnosed the problem, and corrected it. Took video pics of lines beneath the house. Good work.
