They come and do the job. They don't charge a ton for their services and they do a good job. The workers are very friendly and polite to work with. I would hire them in the future.

Kate in the office was great to deal with. Their prices were good overall, and the work was completed with no problems.

When great, on time, quick work, not a bad price.

The guy was really nice. The only problem was that the lady over the phone gave me one price and the plumber gave me a completely different price.

Called at 08:30 and the plumber showed up at 11:20. We tested several configurations and decided that, indeed, the shut off valve at the house was not working. Water was shut off at the meter and the 1" line was cut and the old valve removed. The valve had been repaired with a new gate, but the parts didn't match, so the gate wouldn't shut the water off. The main water shut off leaked a bit, so the plumber had a lot of trouble getting the parts to fit, then dried out and soldered before the water came back into the pipe. The gate valve was replaced with a new ball valve. The plumber had to try a variety of parts to find a combination that could be put together after clearing water from the line, fluxed, put in place, adjusted to fit, and soldered before the water level rose to where he was working. The shower leak only required new gaskets in the seats and the plumber was out of here by 13:20. Excellent work under difficult circumstances.

The prices are more expensive than what I expected them to be but the installation was very tricky because it was on the second floor. The unit was a little bigger than what we expected it to be but the job was done very nicely. The only thing I didn't agree with was with the fact that they charge a tax on the labor rather than just on the parts we buy from them so that wasn't something I was happy with. That actually annoyed me a bit because I don't think that's completely legal but other than the tax thing they were very friendly. They knew what they were doing and did the job in a cleanly manner.

I think he did a fairly good job. The pipes are not leaking. The RO unit is getting purified water to the refrigerator. He had a lot of knowledge about the work he was doing so I was happy with the job he did. I believe the price I paid was in line with other plumbers.

Plumb Plumbing responded quickly to my call, and when I questioned he operator about Plumb's expertise with the Watts Reverse Osmosis system, was told that they could fix the problem. The repairman checked out the entire system and determined that it was installed correctly. Since he couldn't fix the problem, he charged me for the service call only, and dismissed the trip charge. After he left, I called the Customer Service for the system, talked to a technician at the company, and after explaining the problem, he led me through a process that stopped the leaking. I should have called the Customer Service in the first place.

Worker was prompt, courteous and responded quickly to question about new toilet seat. Very pleased with service.

I bought a new water online from Sears for $698.51 (including installation). This price was comparable to two other quotes that I had received from other Tucson plumbing companies for comparable water heaters. One quote for $781.75, the other for $826. Both of the other plumbing companies based their quotes on in person inspections of the house and existing water heater installation. When the Plumb Plumbing installer arrived, he quoted the additional $313 and said that I could pay it or he would just leave the water heater and I could get another plumber. Since I was to be there for only a few days, I did not feel that I had much choice. It ended up that he did not have all the required parts, had to return the next day to finish. When the code inspector inspected, Plumb Plumbing had to return to correct a pressure relief value installation.

The leak just blasted, and when we looked under the mobil home we could see the pack rat nest right. Another company refused to work on it because it was involving packrat stuff. These guys were great and it took over 1 1/2 hours just to cut the covering away and remove the nest before they could fix the pipe. They were very kind.

Did a fantastic job, the young man doing the work was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Arrived on time, laid down a large mat to keep my floor from getting dirty, work was excellent. Also, scheduler was very efficient and pleasant, went out of her way to get the job done on time.

The project consisted of cutting approximately 35 holes in the walls and ceiling to facilitate the replacement of the water pipe .This took about 2 days. It required about 3 days to replace the wall pieces, tape ,plaster and texture these areas. The priming and painting, by another contractor required about 2 days.

I must say that Plumb Plumbing did an absolutely superb job in our home! We were very impressed. I jokingly called them surgeons because of the quality of work in getting to our plumbing. They cleaned up after themselves both days and left my house very clean when they were finished. The guys were incredibly nice and made me feel completely comfortable leaving them alone in my home while my husband and I worked. The drywallers were supposed to be booked until the end of the following week. However, because they heard that we've had scorpion issues recently they were so wonderful and quick to fit us in and got us mostly patched up the day after the plumbers finished. The drywall guys were as wonderful as the plumbers. I again felt very comfortable leaving the house to them. The only glitch was the fault of the inspector. My advice is to make sure you hear the inspector knock on your door and answer immediately because they will leave.

On time, work completed in timely matter, a few areas needed attention after job was complete. Main problem was final cost quite a bit more than estimate, unfair & would not honor estimate.

THE MEN DID A GREAT JOB. THEIR PRICE WAS DECENT AND THEY WERE ON TIME. I COULDNT HAVE ASKED FOR A BETTER COMPANY TO DO THE JOB. I JUST DONT HAVE ANYTHING BAD TO SAY ABOUT THEM.

THE PRICE THAT THEY GAVE ME FOR THIS JOB WAS EXTREMELY LOW. I WAS VERY SURPRISED. ON THE OTHER HAND THEY HAD DONE AN EXCELLENT JOB. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS.

I THOUGHT THIS COMPANY WAS VERY RESPONSIVE WHEN I CALLED. THEY SET UP A TIME TO COME OUT, AND DO THE WORK RIGHT AWAY. THEY DID A GREAT JOB AND THE PRICE WAS FANTASTIC.

AFTER INSTALLING IT THEY WOULD FIND SOMETHING WRONG WITH IT. THEY WOULD NEVER USUALLY TELL ME ANYTHING THAT WAS WRONG WITH IT AND THEY WOULD NEVER ANSWER ANY OF THE QUESTIONS THAT I HAD.

THIS COMPANY WAS VERY GOOD. THEY CLEANED UP THEIR MESS AFTER THEY WERE ALL FINISHED. THEY EVEN CLEANED THE MESS THEY LEFT AFTER HAVING TO DRILL A HOLE IN THE WALL. THEY EVEN EXPLAINED EVERYTHING TO ME.
