I called Plumb Plumbing because of great reviews on Angie's List. They promptly scheduled an estimate, even arrived early after calling first. Estimate was less than the one received from the plumber I had used previously. Estimate included option for drywall repair. In my experience drywall repair was your problem after the plumber finished. On the day of the service, Shane arrived on time, was courteous, explained options and answered questions. I was very impressed. He was careful not to make a mess and was clearly comfortable working on an older home. This project was less expensive and less intrusive than I expected. I will absolutely use this company again.

The plumber actually fixed all 4 outside faucets plus added an elbow to one of the faucets that was to close to the house which will save knuckles now. They did not give an estimate but the work was performed professionally and quickly. The plumber was at the house less than 1 hr. We will definitely use this company again plus we will tell all of our friends.

Great service from start to finish. Vicki answered the phone and after I explained the problem she told me exactly what to expect including $120 charge if they needed to snake the lines. Fortunately that wasn't required and job wound up costing less. I made the call at 9:15am and Shane was out there at 11:00am with a 1/2 hr courtesy call before hand. Everyone was extremely friendly and professional. Great experience and I will definitely use them again, and refer my clients (I'm a realtor) to them. They've got a customer for life!

George has done work for us before and did a wonderful job this time too. He was dispatched to fix the leak that developed after prior work (not done by him) on the toilet. When inspecting the tank, he identified a hairline crack that would probably cause us grief in the future. He obtained a replacement and installed it that same afternoon. He carefully sealed and leveled the toilet to avoid a recurrence of other issues we were having with wax seal leaks. The owner, Steve, was also very responsive to our concerns.

He ran a power "snake" down stream. Despite being told that the tank was 9-10 ft from his entry point, ran the snake into the tank and the snake then broke off. Now the snake remains trapped in the tank, necessitating pumping the tank, lifting the lid off (not going through the tank cleanout vent) and removing the snake. Plumb does not do this work so that another company has now been called. I feel that $110.00 is an exorbitant charge for the "service." Follow up report: 1st day tech broke off his power "snake" in the drain line and left, with the cable protruding from the cleanout. I was upset at the charge and the remaining problem. I submitted a report to you but did not contact a supervisor - my error. Next day I did call the company supervisor who arranged for another tech to uncover the septic tank. I then called a pumping company which emptied the tank and retrieved the broken length of cable. I paid the pumping company $367. The obstruction appears to be in the leeching field, beyond the tank. Plumb sent out another tech on the 3rd day who backfilled the tank hole and "snaked" the cleanout into the leeching field. There was no charge after the first day. I feel that Plumb Plumbing acted in a professional way after my second call and I would use them again.

The work was completed within 2 days with very little damage from hook-up to existing sinks and commodes. The owner spoke to me in detail regarding the process and addressed all of my concerns. I am very pleased with the efficiency and quality of the workmanship. I highly recommend this company.

I called for help early in the morning and within two hours the plumber was at my door.( we live probably 15 miles from the plumbing shop) He spent well over an hour and was very thorough it testing pressures etc. I was satisfied.

Plumb Plumbing arrived at the appointed time, covered my tile floor to prevent scratching, and unplugged the drain using an electric snake. This work was completed in just over an hour. When the work was completed the workman cleaned up the work area. The workman also removed a pop-up stopper in the bathroom as requested. He was professional at all times.

Went perfectly - the pipe broke last evening and I called the complany at 7:30 this morning. Shane the technician showed up before noon and accomplished the work in one hour. He was efficient and competent, and had all the nec. tools and parts with him on the truck. He was professional in every way, and has excellent customer demeanor. He is a big credit to the complany.

They did a good job. I felt it was a little pricey, but the job was finished quickly. I would recommend this company.

Job went very well and was completed in less than a day. George made sure he understood exactly what I wanted on all parts of the job, did his work, tested everything, cleaned up, and went over everything with me at the end of the job. Several days later, when I got around to filling in the hole around the outdoor manifold, I noticed a small leak on a pre-existing PVC line that George had tied into the manifold. After I called their office, George came straight over and took care of this small problem right away.

I got the estmate right away and service was done immediately. They were fantastic.

Plumber arrived in less than 24 hours. Pleasant and efficient. I am very satisfied.

Plumb was very adept and seemed to be experienced at knowing where to cut through the walls to guide the pipes. They strung up plastic sheets to contain most of the dust from the sheetrock. They were careful throughout the process of all the belongings and courteous to us, as we remained in the house. The original 3-man crew completed the laying of the pipes in 2 days (2600 sq.ft.home), and then we were ready for the drywall crew. They saved the sheetrock cut-outs, and the 1-man crew had the sheetrock puzzle completed in another two days. He was excellent. We did have to wait over a week for the inspector to come by, but that delay was not the fault of Plumb. Following the inspection, the drywall crew of 2 came in to texture the walls that had been affected. They too were very professional and good. We painted the walls ourselves to save a little money, and then Plumb sent out a tech to replace the large mirrors on the walls, re-attach the water softener and other small adjustments.

After the initial call they were out quickly to give an estimate and work was scheduled for the following morning. The workman was professional and he thoroughly explained everything. The work was done in a few hours.

I used Angie's List to choose Plumb Plumbing. I called them and got an appointment for the following day, even though it wasn't an emergency. They quoted me the rates. The plumber arrived on time and did the work on a timely basis.

We got 3 bids from BBB members in good standing. All prices were within $250 of each other. We choose Plump Plumbing from word of mouth praise. The owners son (not a plumber) and a plumber did the work. There were a few more holes in the wall and some of the attic insulation was displaced (I didn't see it before the work was done though). Those are the only complaints and we consider them pretty minor. Overall did a good job and we have recommended them to others. The drywaller did a great job on the popcorn ceiling. We did have a small leak after the work was done. They were very responsive and played no games in repairing in. Cleaned the carpets, fixed the drywall, etc. We were impressed with the 24-hr service. We were also looking at getting a tankless water system. From the information they provided, it would require redoing the gas lines (enlarge) and it was out of budget. They probably could have just tapped the existing small line which may have been out of code and we wouldn't have known any better. Makes us feel they are honorable.

I really like this plumbing company. My overall experience with them would be an A grade including pricing.

The technician was on time and very pleasant. He explained everything he did to me and the charge involved. He was also very efficient and understanding of my many questions. The estimate came out on the money. I was very satisfied.

It went perfectly. Frank was prompt, professional and proficient. He had excellent customer demeanor. Within a little over an hour of his arrival, my plumbing system was back to normal operation.

We had a fairly severe water leak through the ceiling. I called Plumb and within an hour a service person arrived. He had to cut into the ceiling but by that point, it was clear that there was no alternative. He explained the problem clearly, made a recommendation, and completed the job within 2 hours.

Overall the work went well they were very professional and got the work done quickly. There was a small problem with a kinked hose so I didn't get any hot water but they came back the next day and fixed it for no charge.

My experience with them was ok. It was a little expensive. They were nice and they were courteous. They didn't do a very good job. He actually didn't level the toilet. I had to take it out and do it myself.

It went very well, my input was actually taken into consideration with the job as it was being done. The builder of the home had not installed the water line correctly. Plumb was very accommodating and the changes I recommended did not affect the cost too much.
