Upon discovering the leak and narrowing it down to the location, I called Plumb Plumbing (used them when I replaced my water heater) and figured rather than me just cutting into the wall, they would come in with some type of "Leak Detection Device" and pin point where my leak was... Not. They did just what I did not want to do, started cutting holes in my closet walls looking for the leak. Anyway after 3 holes they found the leak and replaced the cracked pipe, which was simple enough. The only real heartburn I had was that I paid for them to go to lunch while the glue dried... he took off and then an hour and a half later shows back up and we turn on the water to check for leaks. No leak and he is out the door on to his next job and I have 3 holes in my walls that need to be patched. Maybe I have been a do-it-yourselfer too long, but I assumed that they would have had a more high tech approach in locating the leak, but apparently not. Just another example of what happens when you "assume" something. Overall the service tech was very professional and did the job very well. Hopefully he appreciated the fact that I picked up lunch.

Plumber arrived on time, Was knowledgeable and explained what he was doing as he went along. Cleaned up and took old toilets. Completed work in a timely manner. Explained and left warrantee information.

The initial estimate was $532, with additional fees for labor, parts, and tax. This did tally up fairly quickly. I was warned I was replacing an old system and may have to upgrade the connections. However, the project did take slightly longer than expected. The billing was very detailed, which was much appreciated. Everything was accounted for. They came out with one water heater which did not fit the space, so they politely offered to get a replacement. The work was outside, but they didn't leave a mess for me to clean up. The worker was on time and friendly as well. I had to leave for part of the time, and they were able to handle the work themselves, which I felt comfortable with them doing. Overall, a job well done.

Every time we have to use plumbing services we ALWAYS use Plumb Plumbing. They are terrific, from the first contact with the office over the phone thru all the WORK they do. Always have the proper equipment and parts needed to fix whatever is wrong. All the servicemen have the same attitude (must be trained this way) of being helpful and CLEAR about what is wrong and what they need to so to fix same. Also, they are prompt. And I have checked with neighbors and friends around town and MY bills for service are always the lowest for the same kind of problems -- in addition to having DEPENDABLE people. They also have good contacts for any extra services needed, like a good company to come and help "dry out" when a bad flooding situation could have left a serious problem of mold.

Excellent. I needed the work done the same morning. They were able to send someone within an hour. He completed quality work in under an hour.

The work was done with two visits. On the first visit the plumber identified a small leak in one of the supply lines to the kitchen faucet and replaced both with superior steel clad hoses. A small leak still persisted and the plumber determined that the faucet was failing internally and recommended getting a replacement. He suggested the brand and also that I buy it myself to save money. I obtained a replacement faucet on-line and one week later the plumber returned and installed the new faucet. He also tightened up the hose bibbs, one on each visit. The company had an efficient receptionist who made the appointments that were kept in a very timely manner by the plumber. He was knowledgeable and professional in completing the work.

Roto Router removed some roots from our line, but that our line was damaged where it met the County line and would have to be replaced. The street would have to be dug up, soil removed and a new line put in, new dirt replaced and repaved. Plumb removed more roots and using a camera, told us there was no damage to our sewer line and did not need to be replaced. They said there was a clump of roots in the main County line which was the County's responsibility. Plumb reported it to the County and within 30 minutes a County worker was here and cleaned the County line out. No more work was necessary. We saved over $5000. by getting this second opinion. The water heater installer was very professional, explained the options in clear terms with no pressure, did the work and cleaned up in a very timely fashion. He forgot to tell us something about the warantee and called us and left his number if we had questions. When I called him back he was available and explained what I needed to do. I am very happy with the work done.

He came and looked at the situation. He gave me a feeling for what the problem was and what needed to be done. He was very good about tracking down mold in the bathroom in a place that I never thought of. Someone else looked at it and never thought about the possibility of mold. We are going to address those places in the bathroom and any other mold left over. He is looking into the materials that will be needed and working on putting together an estimate for me, then he will be doing the work.

Everything was excellent. I would recommend them.

They were prompt and did what they said they'd do. I had them come out to do an initial estimate. I ordered the part and they came back to replace it. So, it was two service calls. Other than that, they were great.

It went well. Plumber Appointment was during period of 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Plumber(Shane) called approximately 8:45 to report that he was on his way. Shane was obviously an experienced and personable plumber, relating to me how and why things needed to be replaced, etc. When he was finished we inspected the repairs he had accomplished. In preparation for completing the invoice, he requested a copy of the coupon.

I thought they did a very good job. They were punctual, finished the job in a timely manner and so far I haven't had the faucet leak anymore. The toilet did plug up last night, but he said there may be something else going on with the toilet.

They are very good. We have never had a problem with them. We had our house redone, and they were good. They are the best people in my opinion. Their price is fairly high. It is hard to say as when we have had them do some big job they have been cheaper than the others. When they do something small they are a little expensive.

He was here within an hour. Gave estimate and fixed problem in less than an hour. Very polite and professional. Will reccomend to family and friends.

They came in and saw exactly what was needed. They went and got the part for me. They got the part that was needed for a pretty decent price. They explained it extremely well.

They had initially given us a quote. They were punctual and performed a good job. We have used them before too.

We elicited three bids. Plumb Plumbing seemed to have the complete service from putting in the new pipes to re-plastering and restoring our house. They were extremely professional, courteous, and we are very pleased with the work and results. It took about 3 days to put in new pipes throughout the house. They also did a great job restoring the house, (since the whole-house re-plumb is rather a big deal). We recommend them wholeheartedly for this kind of large residential job.

My appointment was made by pleasant and efficient office staff. Jeff called 30 minutes prior to arrival. He identified the method that would cause the least amount of damage to the wall (by tackling the problem from inside) and set to work. He maintained excellent communication throughout the job by keeping me apprised of the situation and, offering options when available. I was very pleased with his professionalism and communication.

Great. I called around 5:30 pm and got their answering service. She called the on-call person and he called me back in about 10 min. I described the problem and he asked a few questions to find out how extensive a problem we had. What about the toilet & bathtubs? Did they also overflow? He came and roto-rootered out from the clean-out valve outside. He cleaned it out 2 or 3 times, each time having us fill up the washing machine and spinning out the water and filling up the sink. We washed clothes tonight and no problems.

The person I made the appointment with was pleasant and professional. The plumber showed up in the agreed upon time span, did the work, answered all my questions, and did not mind my hanging around to watch. He also explained what would be required for a tankless water heater (I asked), and was done in about an hour. It was pretty easy work, but there was some risk as our pipes are old.

They were prompt and took care of the problem right away. I called yesterday afternoon and they were out here at 8am this morning.

I was very pleased with the repsonse time and the quality of work, especially the attention paid to protecting the landscaping. I felt that the price for the emergency response was somewhat high but the overall price was reasonable.
