It went very well. I called several companies and this was the least expensive. He showed up right on time, was thorough and very professional. I was very pleased and would definitely recommend the company.

I am not thrilled with them because they won't go downtown to pick up the faucets I needed from a certain supplier. The work has generally been good and I do like him. He was trying to save me a little money by not having to charge me to go pick it up which I do appreciate.

Very well. Showed up during the appointed time, explained likely causes of problem, found the problem and fixed it. Was able to handle an irregular drain pipe & flange without difficulty.

They were professional, courteous, and prompt. They answered all of our questions and described our options. When they installed the new water heater, they had to completely replumb because builder originally cut corners. We were interested in a tankless water heater but they explained how that wouldn't work in our garage without some remodeling work. We had researched water heaters online so were surprised at the size of the estimate, but we hadn't realized how much labor goes into installation. So although it was a painfully expensive experience, Plumb Plumbing did a a great job.

Plumb plumbing was fast and efficient and they were very fair with their pricing. Having spent many years as a contractor in another state I knew how much this job should cost and Plumb plumbing bid the job very fair right from the start and I did not have to negotiate a lower price. Another plumbing company bid more than twice as much and I never bothered calling them back.

Everyone was very professional and on time. The work was done and approved by an inspector. Only issue was the follow up on the inspection - didn't happen. I had to contact them a couple times. They did call and apologize for the error (who does that these days) and immediately got it taken care of. All in all it was a good experience.

It was a 2-day job to replace house plumbing and relocate new water heater. First day went smoothly. Second day plumbers ran into unexpected structural problems with the house, but worked at least a double shift to complete the work on schedule, with no additional cost. The plumbers were professional and skilled, and involved us in any decisions to modify the original work plan. After the plasterers completed their work, the follow-up plumbing was also done in an excellent fashion. The plasterers, who were subcontracted by Plumb Plumbing, also did an excellent and professional job in restoring all wall surfaces to their original condition. There were at least 10 large holes in walls and 5 in ceilings to access and replace plumbing, all of which were restored to original condition. Both plumbers and plasterers did an excellent job of cleaning up after themselves. All work was completed on schedule and at the originally estimated price. We are very satisfied with this company and feel their price and quality of work is excellent.

It all went very well; the work was done in an professional and efficient manner, with minimum disturbance to our household.

The camera operator took the time to explain everything he found. He was on site for 2 to 3 hours. He described the issues found to the back office, which came back with estimates for the two issues found a few days later. One issue was identified as primary, the other one secondary / might-be-nice-to-fix. We went for the primary issue fix only. Another plumber came to do the work. He dug under the crawl space and opened up the concrete. Then again phone calls with the back office to analyze the situation now it was better known. They took the time here to evaluate the pros and cons of the different fixes, which i appreciated. I felt they took their job very seriously. Once we had together decided on an approach, the work was done and cleaned up by the end of the day. No problems experienced with the sewer line since. I felt i was in good hands and the company is taking the job very seriously and is honest. The price seemed reasonable. I would recommend them and use them again.

I was told by this technician's boss that he is a good plumber but his customer service skills are not very refined. Still, I would not recommend this company and would not use them again.

We have used this company before and were completely satisfied with this service call. I called them in the morning and they were able to schedule the service call for that day. The technician showed up on time and went right to work. He installed the new toilet water supply valve first and then installed the new toilet. Next he removed and then installed the new bathroom sink faucet water supply valves and supply lines. Then he installed the new sink faucet. Finally he removed and then installed the new shower control fixture. All work was swift, thorough, and professional. Cleanup was excellent. I would definitely use this company again without hesitation and would recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work.

As always, George did a great job for us. He arrived on time, listened and made sure he understood what we needed and wanted to have done, patiently answered questions and got to work. We have had George complete other work in our house before and have always been extremely pleased and satisfied with his work. This job was no exception. We are also very pleased with the company's responsiveness and flexibility regarding permitting and payment concerns. Through the years with this house, we have had more than our fair share of plumbing woes and George always helps to make the process less stressful, something we really appreciate.

The sewer gas odor was removed completely, the problem in fact, was not sewer gas at all, it was the sink overflow chamber that was emitting the odor. The gentleman that fixed the problem was prompt, professional, explained in great detail how this kind of problem can occur and how we can prevent it from occurring again. He was extremely knowledgable, helpful and even took the time to give us tips on how to prevent other common plumbing issues in the home. I would not hesitate to use this company again and I think their pricing is quite appropriate.

It took longer than expected because of a pitted line, the service man put a patch which was the best he could do with a pitted copper pipe, and covered it up. Charged $335 ( on a Saturday), but got a call from the company the next Monday to reimburse $75. I'm impressed.

Had an unseen, long-standing, sub-slab water leak that finally showed up. Discovered we had polybutylene pipe. Decided to re-pipe the whole house once the remediation was completed.The company warrantees their work and the manufacturer of the pipe does as well. Of special note: the office person we dealt with was very knowledgeable, pleasant and efficient. The company was easy to communicate with. Overall, a good answer to an unpleasant and unexpected situation.

They did a good job. I thought the price was a little high, but I was in a situation where the house couldn't accomodate anything bigger than a 45 gallon water heater. That size water heater is harder to come by. They were very timely, and to me that is important because I work full time. They did provide good service.

My older (1972) toilet was clogging regularly due to calcium buildup from Tucson's hard water. I made an appointment for replacement, and George (plumber) arrived on time (in fact, calling in advance to make sure I was ready). He removed the old toilet, replaced the old and corroded flange on the drain, carefully installed (and leveled) the new toilet, and leak-tested the new toilet. He completely cleaned up the work area, and hauled the old toilet off for disposal. I have to say that I was impressed with his professionalism and courtesy. He even made sure not to terrify my indoor-only cats, and took care to make sure they did not get outside during his several trips to his truck. The cost breakdown was $86.00 for materials/parts , and $252.00 for labor, plus tax. I will definitely call Plumb Plumbing next time I need a plumber!

The guys arrived on time and did very good work on both projects. Only one glitch-- some debris from soldering got in one of the pipes which made the pipe work less effectively. When I called about the problem, they came out the same day and fixed it at no charge. We would trust Plumb for future plumbing projects.

We needed a plumber to help fix our irrigation system. They were able to come to our house within a week and take care of it within a few hours. They were quick, polite and professional.

Excellent service. Exceptionally quick response to my phone call. Plumber arrived on schedule and analyzed the problem within 5 minutes. He then gave me a very good estimate and went right to work. Replaced the defective pressure regulator in the estimated time. The water pressure in my house is now set to our liking within the acceptable range. The cleanup and restoration was superb. I will definitely use this company again should I have the need for a plumbing contractor. I also checked them out of the ROC and BBB websites and the company has no marks against them on either website.

The technician arrived on time. He had me show him all the issues to be addressed. Showed me a written estimate. He was strictly business - no excessive talking or taking breaks. We were very pleased with the work. It was a higher quality work than was the original installation. I had several estimates and theirs was on the middle/low end of the spectrum. If I had another plumbing issue, I would definitely call them first.
