Excellent service. Came within 1 hour of call. Did a great job. Very professional.

Jeffrey did a wonderful job. He was very professional and explained in layman terms what the problem was and fixed it. He also asked if I had any questions. He was very punctual and clean, he didn't leave any dust at all. I was extremely happy to have those two things done and I recommend him highly.

Went well. Ed was the technician, and he was quiet, professional, and seemed to quickly know what to do and how to do it. He had all the necessary parts on the truck. He let me know ahead of time how much time he would take to do the various jobs, so I could decide if I wanted to pay for an extra hour to have done on of the tasks I considered optional. He was there about an hour and a half, rate $86 an hour. I believe there was a truck fee of $16, but I may not be reading the work order right. Everything worked when he left, and with a one year warranty on parts and service, I figure I'm covered if something quirky happens.

Call to office was handled very professionally. Service person (Jeff) came next morning. Called beforehand. Went straight to the problem and corrected it. Required removing toilet and clearing out roots in sewer line. Left area spotless. Worked quickly and efficiently. Very courteous and professional. Cost was very moderate.

Excellent. In and out with minimum disruption. Superb quality work, requiring cutting dozens of holes in my drywall and working long hours in the attic during 100 degree plus days. When completed, very hard to tell that any repair work had been done. They also ran long, new gas lines so that I could gasify my fireplace and install an outdoor barbeque island grill. They were also excellent at cleaning up as work progressed. Joey, the estimator and job overseer, made sure I was happy, and had work changed if I wanted something slightly different then initially installed (2 instances). Office staff was friendly and efficient, as were all the employees. GREAT SERVICE. I'm 72 and have restored many very old homes during my life in the East, Midwest, and AZ. Plumb Plumbing is the BEST contractor with whom I have ever worked!

Worker didn't realize or ask that we had a septic tank so was confused about how far he had to go. Would have thought he would have asked when it seemed to be a problem. Cost was an extra $100 for going on the roof...seemed to be a little high so cost was $200 or $180 after Angie's List Discount. Not sure I would use them again would probably call around and check some rates.

They fixed what they could and advised us on getting work done on the irrigation system, which we did.

Estimator measured & drew plan sketch & explained everything logically, (UNLIKE 3 other companies that walked a little & said $5000, maybe) Estimate included wall repair & mending irrigation tubing dug up when trenching.... everything included & no "surprise add-ons"

It went as good as can be expected when you spend this kind of money for a drain snake.

Jeff W. Is the plumper that took care of our situation. He called me in less than 5 minutes after hanging up with the after hours operator. He was punctual, very kind, professional and excellent customer service. He had the problem fixed in less than an hour.. very impressed.

Great, took care of the repair and very quick in the repair. Shut off valve took only less than 30 mins to fix and the work is excellent. I worked with Ed with Plumb Plumbing. Very professional and excellent work. The service costs was great and also got 10% discount for using angie's lists.

Great! The townhouse has been sitting empty for a couple of years but I am now trying to get it sold. All the plumbing problems have now been fixed.

Well. As expected. Plumber showed up on time. And did work immediately within a couple hours. Left parts that were removed so we could see. No problem cents.

Well it's groundhog day when it comes to dealing with Tucson contractors and Plumb Plumbing is no different. Terrible customer service and price gouging at its worse. I called them up and requested to be put on the schedule to have a prv valve installed AND SHE ACCUSES ME OF HAVING AN ATTITUDE!!! Next point. It took worker 45 minutes(even though he insisted it took him an hour) to install the valve and they charged me $220 for this time. When it comes to repairing the leak in the 2" line, it took an hour. I requested that the 15 minutes be applied to the 2" repair and he refused saying, "this is how we do things". Absolutely no flexibility. Greed is the main theme with this company. This particular worker has no customer relation skills. He was in a rush to get to the next job and didn't give me enough time to ask questions. He left the job with no cover for the valve, no testing of the leak, and no backfilling. So thats more work for me to do. For parts, they charge you 4x what you can buy them for yourself at home depot. In short, this company is poorly managed and price gouges to the extreme. Homeowners are a tool to be used and thrown away. Don't be their next victim.
