Fixed water valve on house service, fixed leak on toilet and then reset toilet. All went OK and smoothly.

The plumber was delayed, but called to let me know. (We had record setting cold and pipes were bursting). He did all the items on my laundry list. We actually needed to call them again, as new plumbing issues arose a week later. A different technician came and he was very good too.

The technician was courteous, fast, efficient and did a nice job. I will definitely patronize them again.

Overall it went well. They were able to come out sooner than other plumbing companies.

Had a plugged up kitchen sink, I tried to unclog, with some success but after plunging I got a leak. I checked Angie's list for a good plumber and I called Plumb Plumbing due to high ratings. They repaired the leak perfectly, with some issues that they took care of in a proactive manner and then exceeded my expectations with their customer service. Due to the inconvenience to me, they did not charge me for their work. This level of service and care for the customer is almost unheard of. I told all of my friends and co-workers about this company. I feel like I've found a plumber for life! YAY.....

Bathroom job: great Kitchen job: leak under sink & fixture is loose. I am not sure where the leak is coming from --maybe not the faucet--I really don't know.

Over all the work went well.

We were out of town when our main water line broke under the front lawn. They quickly made a temporary repair until we got home for a permanent fix. Price was fair and friendly service. Later we had a problem again - they quickly came out and repaired it for free.

I called them after my water heater broke and they were able to replace it the day after I got several estimates. The service guy was respectful and answered all my questions. Since that time I had a clogged bathroom sink and they were able to come out the day I called at the time they indicated and fix it in short order he also checked all the other drains in my house.

From the estimate thru the final drywall repairs, every one was thorough and professional. The estimator took the time to really look at what was already in place, pointed out additional issues that would need addressing to pass inspection, explained everything anf answered all my questions. The work was done on time and they cleaned up after themselves very well. The inspection was scheduled for the very next day and the drywall person the day after that. They were very accommodating to my schedule. I had used them before for minor leaks/issues and they have continued to live up to my expectations.

Just as I said above, and it all went very smoothly. Even though they couldn't fix my problem I am very satisfied with their work and I would definitely call them again. Very polite and neat and clean and professional.

Estimator became ill after inspection and our workorder/estimate misplaced. Our phone call re-activated and work was done. Clear advice was given as to alternative options for new hot water heater. Limited credit options for payment. One man installer - quality work, but no orientation to use of new system.

Plumb Plumbing did a complete repipe of our home as polybutylene piping was used during the original construction. The plumbers were professional and courteous. They would take the time to answer any questions I had and took the time to point out a few things during the repipe. The repipe took 2 days. The drywall repair crew they provided were also very good and professional. Drywall repair also took 2 days. 4 days from start to finish. I would definitely use Plumb again.

After three leaks under the slab of our 40 year hold house, we contracted with Plumb Plumbing to repipe 2/3 of our home (2 full baths, 1 laundry room with sink). Repiping is a messy job that leaves you with numerous holes in your drywall ( we didn't contract with Plumb to repair the drywall). Plumb Plumbing did a good job of keeping the mess and the number of holes in the drywall to a minimum. Their lead, Aaron, is very conscientious and knowledgeable. He kept the project on schedule (two days) and on the original estimate. It's only been a week, but we haven't seen any leaks. The price for the repiping was competitive. I will be contacting Plumb Plumbing for future plumbing needs, which I hope is a long way off.

Jeffrey arrived right on time. He worked quickly. The first snake he tried could not navigate the bends in our sewer line. Using a smaller, more flexible snake, he was able to reach the clog and remove it. We were relieved to learn that the sewer line had not collapsed, as we had feared. This was the second time we used Plumb Plumbing. We used the 10% Angies list coupon both times. Plumb Plumbing is a great company. I will use them for all my plumbing needs.

They showed up on time for the estimate And on the scheduled day for the work. A little bit of miss communication on the BBQ installation, but we resolved that and they came out to finish the job.

George called to let us know when he would arrive (well within the time allotted when we scheduled the service). He was confident and looked over all the plumbing issues we needed hiim to attack. He answered all our questions, and was clear about costs and charges up front. He worked quickly and steadily on numerous projects throughout the time he was at the house. Very capable, friendly and he seemed unperturbable...

I called Plum Plumbing on Monday morning and they were able to schedule a service call for the following morning. Jeff showed up at the scheduled time and was ready to assess the situation. He listened to my discription of thew problem and went to work.Jeff augered the toilet but was it was still not flushing correctly, so he pulled the toilet off it's mount and discovered that there were roots clogging the drain. Once he removed the roots from the drain and the toilet, he remounted the toilet. This fixed the issue of the slow flush. Jeff was very expeident and neat. I will certainly use Plum Plumbing for any future plumbing issues.

Very professional and quick. After 5 minute review of previous lousy plumbers job, he was able to fix the leak in less than 20 minutes.

Shane was very friendly. He gave us a ballpark figure as an estimate and stuck with it. He worked very quickly and we are very pleased!

They were busy with other work so it took a few days for them to be able to come by. Showed up on schedule and did the work in a couple hours. They did a good job.

Excellent communication. Competent , friendly , all on time.

They have also given me good bids for other work and I will definitely use them in future.

Over the last few years, I had 3 other estimates from other companies and was saving the money to get the job done. Steve came out to look at the house, took measurements and answered lots of questions. I was emailed a very detailed estimate within 24 hours. Plumb's estimate was the lowest estimate. Normally, I would be skeptical of a low estimate, but previous reviews on Angie's List persuaded me to choose them. I set up the repipe for a week that I had off for vacation. They emailed me very specific details on how I was to prepare for the repipe, a timeline for the work, along with the contract. The first day they were late due to transposing the address numbers and going to the wrong house. Vicky and Trina,in the office, were very helpful in correcting this and getting them to my house quickly. They were quick and efficient. They made sure I knew what they were doing, and at the end of the first day, told me which sink and which toilet was working. They finished the repipe on the second day. The plumbing passed inspection the next day and the drywallers were there the day after that. Drywall nailing was inspected and passed. The drywallers returned within 2 hours to finish sealing and spraying texture. During the final walk-through, George, I think was his name, assisted me in rehanging both bathroom mirrors. Overall, I am very pleased with the job and would recommend them to anybody.
