Outstanding ! During the quoting process, the owner proposed a unique and simple solution: no cutting into existing gas pipes, no cutting of inside walls or ceilings (other than the kitchen wall - which I already had opened up for re-wiring). Up the side of the house (very inconspicuous), over the roof; neat and simple. Job was started and completed on time. They of course handled the permit and the hand-off with the inspector - all went off without a hitch. SWG tied in the new line at the meter yesterday. We couldn't be happier. When I need more plumbing, I know who I will be calling !

Workmanship was excellent and done fairly quickly. My only complaint was the cost, especially for the materials, in particular the $100 for the vacuum breaker. The only one the plumber had on his truck was a new style with extra ball valves on it for testing. Really was overkill as that type of vacuum breaker is not required by code and a $20 one would have sufficed. If I wanted a regular vacuum breaker I would have had to pay for an extra service call which doesn't seem right to me.

Excellent. Very responsive. When I called a couple of times for clarification or with concerns prior to the job (I was a nervous Nellie LOL), I was put in directly to one of the owners, Steve. The estimate was received promptly via email and was fully detailed. Arrival for both the estimate and for the work was prompt. Work was as contracted. I had previously called Plumb because my usual plumber (a one man operation) couldn't get out to do an urgent job repairing a leaking toilet, and they responded quickly for that work. The repipe involved cutting a couple of walls, and they arranged with a drywaller to do that repair at a very reasonable price, saving me a few steps and research. I was ready to pay the balance the day the repipe was done but they said to wait until the follow-up inspection. I liked that they weren't pushing for payment until they knew I was fully satisfied. Plumb is my new plumber now!!!

Very professional and knowledgeable. Listened to my concerns and fixed things to my complete satisfaction. Although they are more expensive than most, the work is excellent. However, their oncall personnel needs some customer service training or should be replaced.

I can't speak to the quality of their service because we lost confidence in them over the experience of getting a bid. They can out on Friday to do an est and we were told we would have it by Monday. It took repeated call and we never did actually see the est. It was read to us over the phone the following Friday. It this point we had no faith in them getting around to doing the job. In addition, their est was twice the amount we actually paid another plumber, and he gave us an est before he left.

It was smoothly taken care of in record time.

We checked out Angies's list and received Plumb Plumbing as the recommendation from the homeowner's association. Steve Showalter explained the whole process and emailed us a detailed bid. A team of men were able to complete the plumbing in one day. The next day a construction team showed up and with great efficiency completed the drywall. They returned the next day to sand and apply a second coat of compound. The whole process with Plumb Plumbing was pretty seamless. It was executed with professionalism from start to finish. We were very pleased with the company and would definitely recommend them.

Took him several tries but finally got the toilet unstopped and has been working great ever since.

The have good ratings in Angie's List before we got them and I received perosonal recommendations too. We had them for four or five different things and he had to go underground and replace lines.Our house is now 45 years old so there's a lot of heavy fixing.

Overall it went very well. Very friendly and explained everything. Presented several different options for maintenance or replacement and the pro's and con's of each with no pressure towards either solution.

Steve came out to examine the situation and we received an estimate via email the following morning. Each member of the 4-man crew who came out was professional, proficient, friendly, hard working and punctual. They were able to re-pipe our entire 3-story house in just 2 days. In a word, Plumb Plumbing is fabulous and we would use them again in a heartbeat and recommend them to all of our friends!

Plumb Plumbing accommodated my work schedule by sending a technician out to my house first thing in the monring. He was prompt, extremely professional and respectful. I explained that both our toilets had been plugging up with increasing regularity and that the upstairs tub had started to drain very slowly. (It seemed like a plumbing conspiracy to me). Jack worked like a true experimental scientist. He checked the clean-outs in the alley, did a mock plug-up with the toilets, and showed me every step of the way what he had done and why he reached his conclusions. Jack removed a large amount of hair from the tub drain, replaced the pop-ups in the sink and tub, and adjusted the toilet handle on the downstairs toilet. He used extra parts in his truck rather than charging me for new parts, explaining that the company gives this discretion to the technicians. At the conclusion of his visit, he left a very detailed written summary of his services, and concluded that because our toilets were installed in 1990, the hard water in Tucson was impeding the flushing. Alternatively, he suggested that something may be caught in the toilet acting like a baffle, so that when the item was switched into a particluar position, it blocked the toilet. The solution is to either take out the toilets and turn them upside down to remove the object, and/or to re-seat the toilets after removing 20 years of buildup. I decided to order new high-efficiency toilets online. When they arrive, I will contact Plumb Plumbing and arrange for them to be installed. Jack estimated a half-day of labor for installation

only put a B on quality since I don't know but I assume it is "A" or "B". He replaced pipe which was leaking so the job was done! The tech was polite, called me early since he had a cancellation and came right out. He showed me leak and fixed it. He did recommended a water dry out place to call which I then looked on Angie's List and saw they had a "D" rating. I don't think an "A" company should hand out cards for a "D" company. I used the coupon from Angie's List which he applied.

I called for an appointment and an appointment was made for the next day. Rates were competitive. Technician was on time and even called before arrival to let me know he was on the way. He listened carefully to what I needed; he made a few good suggestions, and provided a written estimate. Work was done as requested in the time frame needed at the price quoted. Quality appeared to be very good and he cleaned up the work area nicely after work was completed. I would definitely recommend them.

I was very pleased with this company. Their plumbing technician, Jeff, was very prompt, very pleasant and professional. He did an excellent job, and it didn't take a long as I thought. I was pleased with the final price of the work I had done, also. I appreciate the fact that upon my initial call, I was able to speak to a representative who referred me to a technician right away. I was able to explain exactly what I needed done without having to leave a message or waiting for a return call. My appointment for service was scheduled right away. I would definitely use Plumb Plumbing for any future plumbing needs, and recommend their services to others.

I have used this company several times in the past for minor plumbing jobs. Although their hourly rate is more expensive than other companies and they do not work on weekends, Plumb Plumbing makes up for this by having professional, efficient, trustworthy staff who go out of their way to be helpful. For this reason, I did not hesitate to call them when I suspected a leak in my plumbing following a spell of freezing weather. They sent someone the same day and, although very nice, I must admit I was not very pleased to pay him $100 only to confirm my suspicions that their was a leak in my plumbing. He was unable to give me an estimate for how much it might cost to repipe the house, but he did schedule a visit by someone who would be able to do so without charging me to chat about it. As this was a big job, I ended up requesting bids from a total of 6 plumbing companies. I did not expect to select Plumb Plumbing for the job, but their very professional and detailed estimates, reasonable prices, 5-year warranty, experienced technical team and ability to take care of the drywall/plaster repairs and the city permits convinced me to stick with them. Other plumbers offered warranties as short as 1 year for their work, insisted on removing all my kitchen cabinets and charging me extra for that service, were unable to do drywall repairs, never submitted a bid or tried to talk me out of getting the work permitted and done to code, I am extremely pleased with Plumb Plumbing's work on this job. My house is a temperamental 1950s bungalow with no real attic or crawl space underneath. The plumbing crew did a stellar job repiping it in the most efficient, professional and quick way possible, with minimal damage to the walls. I'd say they are real artists (and polite too). The drywall team (not Plumb Plumbing employees), however, were merely adequate although they were also very polite and quick. Several of their patches are a bit on the sloppy side. Throughout the process, Plumb Plumbing has been extremely responsive to my needs, patient with my questions and meticulous and thorough in all details of their work. I have already recommended them highly to all my friends who are planning to repipe their homes.

They were really efficient and the person who came out to do the job was really friendly. He worked very hard.

I called because my toilets were backing up, they came out and rodded the drain from the roof and noted on the invoice that the toilets were in working condition when they left. I got home from work and heard water running. I check the toilet tank and it was running, continously. So I turned off the water at the valve on the wall and had to wait because the next day was New Years Day. On 1/2/13 I called the company back and told them that the toilet was running non stop and that I had to turn the valve at the wall off and on manually to use the toilet. They sent the same guy back and he said it would be an additional $170 to fix the problem and that the valve at the wall was leaking. I said it was not, as I had monitored it over the previous 48hrs and there was NO LEAKING. and when I talked to the repair man he admitted to me that he broke the valve going into the wall and he did repair at no cost to me, had I NOT been has some plumbing I would have paid $170 for their mistake. my issue was that the valve and the tank had no problem prior to the rodding of the drains. I asked the repair man if he had flushed the toilets after he rodded out the drains and he said NO, they test to see it the drains are clear by filling the bathtub and letting them drain. So, my question was, How could you say that the toilets were in "working condition" if you did not flush them????? I may not be a plumber, but had replaced the guts of my toilet in the past and never had this type of problem.
