We were going to have our pipes replaced, we thought we had polybutline piping. Plumb plumbing told us we didnt have polybutline. They were very honest.

Called before 9 in the morning and plumber arrived at 9:30. Fixed broken copper hot water pipe and made recommendations on how to replace my water heater. Replaced an outside pipe that had cracked from freezing last winter and made the section easier to replace if it breaks again. When testing it, he found the hose bib was dripping and he replaced that also. Looked at my shower that leaks and ruled out the shower pipe and the drain as the source using an peephole camera to see the water was leaking through the edge of the tile shower floor.

No complaints. Prompt effective service. Everything seems to be working well so far. Technicians are always pleasant and informative.

Only complaint was the price, thought it was a bit pricey, otherwise work was done, quick response.

We contracted for removal of old poly plumbing and the installation of new piping and connections throughout, all of which were handled with professionalism, responsiveness, expertise and courtesy. The estimator was very detailed and reassuring, far exceeding that of a competitor. In addition, their bid was considerably lower than a competitor. The work was performed on schedule.

We called and got service set up for the next day, Shane was prompt at the promised time. Since we already had the p trap off, it was easier to get the snake in. There was a turn and he had a little trouble, but was able to get a strong snake in. We noticed the tub had also started to back up. He snaked that and then we looked for a clean-out outside. Found it and Shane was able to use the strongest snake to clear the clogs. He said there were soft and hard clogs. He made sure all the drains cleared water well. He asked if there was anything else, and we said the toilet was not clearing well. He checked the jet hole and said it was partially closed. We used acid and let it sit 10 minutes, he used the time to put away his tools. He used a tool on the jet hole and cleared it of deposit. Flushed beautifully; I am so glad he asked if there was any other problem. Shane left the bathroom neat, cleaned up any mess there was. He was here about 1 hour 45 minutes. We would use this company again. Shane was very good, prompt, courteous and neat. No problem using the coupon from Angie's List.

They arrived early in the morning to start to remove and replace the old hot water heater. It took some time to remove the old heater, as the water came out slowly. Once the old one was removed. The new one was installed with the lateless codes in a quick and orderly manner. When finished, they cleaned up the area.

I sent this supplier a message on Angies list 8/4/13. Still no response by E-mail or telephone on 08/18/13.

Last Saturday my dog (Japanese Chin) had rolled on top of something in the yard that I'm sure was dead. Phew!! he smelled so bad that I decided to give him a bath in the bathtub. As I was draining the water from the tub I noticed how much hair was going down the drain then I thought this may be a problem. Sure enough on Sunday morning the showers were backing up as well as the toilets. Being a Sunday we knew there were no Plumbers available so my husband did the best he could for the better part of the day with an amateur "snake" to no avail. I absolutely needed a toilet and shower by Monday morning so we chose to spend the night in a Motel. We called several Plumbing companies first thing on Monday morning and only Plumb could be there the same day. I met the Tech at about 2:00 and he was done by 3:00. He found a major clog that was much further in the drain than my husband's "snake" would reach. What a relief!!

Fully qualified service personnel and incredibly well equipped service vehicles. Always explain things. Please not the date of service and cost of service are approx. as I can't find my paperwork.

The tech, Shane, arrived exactly on time. He patiently answered all of my questions, provided detailed operating instructions, and,a wealth of helpful tips. He located, picked up, and installed replacements for the purification system filters. All of the work was complete in only three hours. I could not be more pleased.

When I called they were very helpful and had lots of information to help me make an informed decision about which water heater to have installed. George showed up right on time. He made some good suggestions. He was friendly, experienced, careful not to get the carpets dirty, and cleaned up after he was done. I will ask for him again if I need any plumbing work done.

I couldn't be more pleased with the office staff, the guys who came to our house, their responsiveness, speed and quality of work. They showed up when they said they would, were very clean, scheduled the inspection and finished the entire job a day earlier than I expected. When Steve came to give us the estimate, he thought the team would have to remove some tiles around the bath and shower. (The repair of which would be on us.) When the guys came to do the work, they were able to complete the repipe of the master bath without touching the tile work. They accessed the master bath through the kids' bath and through the first floor ceiling. I was very impressed! Included in the price was the repair (by a licensed contractor) of the drywall. Again, the contractor was amazing; the work was done quickly and they were very clean and thorough. I can't recommend them highly enough!

I moved into a new house and found that my hot water heater was not working. I found that the pilot light was not on, and so I tried to relight it. After several attempts I was unable to get it lit. So I called Plumb Plumbing after searching Angie's List. The dispatcher was very pleasant and efficient and the whole appointment-making process went smoothly and as expected. It just so happened that there was an available plumber out in my neighborhood that afternoon, so the plumber came right out to the house. After inspecting the unit he relit the pilot light. It was so easy that I felt a bit embarrassed having called them. Because the plumber had to charge me for an entire hour he did some other inspections while there so that I could get my money's worth. He inspected our second hot water heater for proper function, explained the water pump feature and programmed it, gauged our water pressure, familiarized me with various features of our plumbing and remained on site to ensure that the pilot light remained lit and was functioning properly.

Super job.There on time and very nice.My daughter in law raved about how nice the phone help was.I was told by my daughter in law that Vickie had much patience and was well informed on how things happen She would ask from now on to speak with Vicky right from the start.My daughter in law stated that after speaking with Vickie,that she was less anxious and that it kept her from panicking into asking for the most expensive recourse to get the job done when a less expensive option was available and actually made more sense to start with.

NOT happy. This company reassured me that I would be taken care of. This is not the case. They came out to fix my main water line after a frost. I asked the employee if he could tell me how much it would cost to fix and he replied with "well, didn't they tell you how much it is per hour?" with an attitude. After 8 hours on the job and $800 later, they made a mess and left me with a temporary water line. They told me that "someone" would call so they can fix the problem. I had a temporary water line for 2 weeks with no follow up phone calls. I finally called Pioneer Plumbing and they came out that day to save me!

The plumber was on time and did a good work and explained to me the work that was involved.

The plumbers arrived right on time, about 7:30 am each of the two mornings they came. The first day two of them came and did the connections from the front of the house, the faucets out front, and both bathrooms, and were done by about 3:30 pm, The second day three of them came and did the laundry room, the kitchen, and the faucets out back, and were done by about 3. They cleaned up nicely when they were done, including the drywall dust from opening up the walls. (We are doing the drywall replacement and painting ourselves.) Throughout the project they cheerfully answered questions, and even did a couple of extra little tasks when requested. They were polite and friendly, even when our dog tried to stick her snout into everything! (We quickly took her outside--she's too big to be getting into that kind of action! Altogether we were thoroughly pleased with the work, the promptness, the courteousness, and the professionalism of both the estimator and the workers, and we will definitely use this company again.
