I was extremely happy with Plumb Plumbing, they were right on time (actually early both times) and very customer oriented. There was a concern that they would have to cut some openings to determine the plumbing material but in both cases they were able to look through the shower faucets and laundry connections. Will use them again if I need a plumber in Tucson!

Fellow not only fixed us up with a new faucet same as old one from the truck supplies but checked all lines, cleaned up under sink. I have used them for 8 times, including redoing water lines in house that had that bad plastic installed.

Very well, the crawl space where the leak was at was difficult to reach and the plumber raised no complaints and was courteous and professional throughout.

They were fine, but their installation method was expensive than the service provider I have used. Otherwise, they were responsive and professional.

He came. He installed. He cleaned up.He left. I like it this way. He also mentioned a drip he noticed in the bathtub when using the facilities and apologized that he couldn't fix it right then and there because he had to make his next appointment. This in and of itself is going to make PlumbPlumbing my go to guys. I just like their style.

Not so good.............disappointed and upsetting. We called the plumber to fix a leak that we were having outside. The area that needed to be fixed had several fittings, a few valves, and a hose bib. The first visit, the plumber fixed the leak by replacing one of the valves, but shortly after we noticed that we still had a leak. We called the plumber back out and asked them to fix it at their cost because it they offered a one year warranty, and they told us that it was a different problem.........within inches of the valve they originally fixed. He told us that the valve was not the problem, it was the other fittings. He explained that within inches of the valve thaty they fixed we had several galvanized fittings connected to copper fittings, which is not the correct application. I asked why didn't they let us know that the first time when he had it all pulled apart, so that we could have got that fixed all at once. This made no sense to me as this a very small peice of exposed pipe that comes up from the ground and back into a wall, it is probably only 2' long. That is when the employee became patronizing and sarcastic. He said that we did not hire them to inspect he entire house, and "where was he supposed to draw the line". He asked if he was "supposed to inspect the pipe underground as well". I told him that his comparison was silly because we were only talking about a 2' long section of pipe, and that he knew when he was repairing it that the other fittings were incorrect. A professional would have at least given the home owner an option to fix the other near-by issues, especially since it was already pulled apart. I am guessing that the correct fittings would have cost another $15-$20. I was very patient becuase I needed the pipe fixed and told him that we should just move on and talk about how to fix it. (by this time, my wife had called their office and the manager had offered to give 20% off of the invoice.?) As we started talking about how to fix it, he became increasingly more condesending, and at one point even said " this is not what we do" implying that they should not have fixed this line to begin with. I kept pushing to come up with a resolution, but he was more interested in teaching me a lesson. He made me walk him through every inch of the problem pipe and tell him what he should do to fix it, I kept asking him to "make it to code", but he kept dragging it out asking silly questions. As an example, he asked if I wanted the valve replaced, and I asked him why I would if they just replaced it, his anwer was "he was just checking becuase I don't know what you want". It was not unitl he told me that he was not going to warranty this work that I told him to leave. We have waited about a week to write thei review in case the manager wanted to call and discuss, but surpisingly, the company made no follow up contact with us to fix the situation. Below I rank the quality a "D", not becuase they did a bad job on the first repair, but becuase a quality plumber would have done a better job inspecing his work front and alerted the customer to the fact that there are other very visible issues near-by.

We called Plumb Plumbing when our American Home Shield proved to be unresponsive to the fact that our water heater had broken down and we had no hot water. They wanted us to wait 2 days before sending their selected plumber. Plumb was out that afternoon and got the water heater working. We then discussed options of repairing the old one or replacing it. We decided on replacing it and we got a top of the line Rheem which has work very well since it was installed on Feb 3, 2014. It was a little pricey but I come to expect that from just about any plumbing job.

Very thorough, friendly, on time and cleaned up well after the work was finished. We have recommended them to others

An appointment was set up very quickly and the plumber showed up on time and quickly diagnosed the problem of a worn part in the rotating shower handle.

The purpose of the work was to remove an older (13 year +) water heater and install a new water heater. I called the office to get an estimate for this work and was provided a ballpark estimate from Jim. He was very informative and helpful. The cost of a new water heater and install was stated as $8o6 plus tax. However, after describing my water heater configuration, Jim was up front in telling me that my water heater setup would cost more due to new codes that have been established since I last had my older heater installed. Based on that discussion, the ball-park estimate was in the $1100 bracket, subject to any other on-site requirements that would cause the estimate to change. George was the technician that performed this job. Overall, everything about the work completion was highly commendable. He did the work in a very professional manner leaving no doubts about the exceptional quality of his work. He efficiently completed all additional tasks to bring my water heater setup up to code and pulling the permit to certify that the work met all new code standards. Also, George?s work was performed neatly, with minimum mess and excellent cleanup of all work areas on job completion. The only problem I experienced was what I perceived to be a discrepancy between the initial ball park estimates I received from the office for this work versus the actual total cost to complete the work. The initial estimate included the cost of the water heater, basic installation charges, and additional charges for several code upgrades to be accurately determined by the worksite technician. The final work invoice does not provide the customer a price breakout that defines exactly what the material costs and the labor costs are. I had a disagreement as to what I felt about how much one of the code upgrades should cost since the upgrade did not require the extensive work that might have been necessary to complete it. And I felt this item increased the total cost to more than what I could account for. When I brought this issue to the attention of the front office, Jim responded to my concern in an open, friendly and understanding manner. Over the weekend, he researched the specifics of this work and promptly called me early Monday. After discussing our difference views on this matter, Jim clearly gave me the benefit of the doubt and very generously lowered the total cost to an amount that was more than fair to me. I was very impressed by Jim?s actions and his obvious willingness to bend on this issue to ensure that I was completely satisfied with their company and their work. Without hesitation, I highly recommend Plumb Plumbing for any future work. They have shown me that they complete their jobs with timely, quality workmanship. And the generous solution to the final cost issue demonstrated the highest level of integrity and intent to provide complete customer satisfaction. To prevent any such disputed cost issue from occurring in the future, I will request an onsite work estimate of the work to be performed so the final cost is known (as close as possible), understood and agreed upon before a go-ahead job decision. A word to the wise concerning plumbing costs: it would behoove anyone requiring plumbing work that could get pricey to lessen the chance of future heartburn by getting as accurate an estimate as possible. I thank Plumb Plumbing for putting my job satisfaction first and for their unmatched professionalism in installing my new water heater in compliance with all existing codes. I was so impressed how the cost issue was openly resolved, that I will call them to perform all my future plumbing needs.

On 7/19 Plumb Plumbing installed a new faucet and I wasn't satisfied with the job that was done. Turns out the faucet was defective, and the previous installer should have realized that. Fortunately Moen reimbursed me for the second charge.

They arrived on time and fixed my problem I was satisfied.

I am extremely happy with the service and with the work itself. Jason, the estimator, assessed the job and arrived at the solution almost immediately. I had gotten another quote that involved re-routing the pipes through the cabinet wall and then into the outside wall. This would have damaged the integrity of the cabinet and did not seem like a good idea to me. Jason's solution was to re-route the pipes through a side wall and then in the wall behind the dishwasher. His quote was considerably higher but in my opinion the solution was much better. Joey did the plumbing work. He was great!!I Professional and high quality work. And he was easy to be around. Didn't seem to get bugged by my questions either. I feel lucky that he did the plumbing work. Travis came and took care of the drywall repair after the plumbing job was complete. Beautiful job of repairing and texturing the walls. In addition, he was respectful, polite and a nice guy. Now I have a new dishwasher. I'm a happy camper. I highly recommend Plumb Plumbing.

The person who came out was really good. He came out, disconnected everything and drained what little water was left. He then went out and bought a new water heater, brought it back and put it in. He filled out all the paper work for the county to come out and inspect. It was great; I did not have to do much of anything, except make the phone call. They were really quick; I called them and they were here in about one-half hour. I was very impressed and the price was great; it was a good deal. The inspector came out after I called him, checked the water heater and it was perfect.

I had a leak in my upstairs bathroom that was ending up in my downstairs laundry room. The guy that came didn't listen to our ideas on what we thought the leak was coming from (which was where the problem truly was). He didn't have the correct tool with him to be minimally invasive and left 6 small to large holes in my walls and ceilings. Charged us for a broken pipe on my bathroom that was not broken earlier that day when we noticed the leak. I was not impressed and wouldn't use them again.

Excellent work! Shane explained everything in detail on the work to be completed. Shane fixed a toilet that had a water flow problem for apprx. 13 years. Another plumbing company wouldn't touch the problem. Shane explained what could be the problem, pro's & con's and what could be expected. It's been fixed after all these years of living with slow, noisy water fill. We asked about loose faucet handles and he showed us how to tighten but then did it for us. We'd hire Plumb Plumbing again and highly recommend them to all our neighbors and friends. Best plumbing company we've ever had.

Sean and Rusty were quick and efficient. They were knowledgeable about the problem I had, fixed it promptly, and left everything clean.

The service turned out wonderful. The service man was very prompt, found an unusual problem, figured out a solution and did a very good job. He said he had not found a calcium build up like this before.

It went well. I was glad he took the time to flush it several times in a row and discover the it wasn't always flushing properly. He showed me how the wax ring had plugged part of the drain hole. He explained why we would need to replace the toilet in the future.

On time. Did not waste time. Did not make promises that could not be kept.

I talked to Jim. He said that there might be complications because I had a granite tile counter top and that since it was a cast iron sink it would take two people to remove it. He quoted $400.00 as the price. All of the other plumbing services quoted no more than $250.00 and less for this service. These folks are price gougers and I would be careful about having them do anything! He also said that if if did and tile damage that he would not be responsible. Good plumbers are responsible for their work!!
