The experience was very good. The guy who came was new and he didn't know, so I had to call them back. But they did the the old plumbing in our house about 3 years ago, and they put all new piping. They came at 8 in the morning and were done by 2. They had cleaned up, and they guarantee their work for 10 years. The quality of work is very good.

I phoned and they were able to come out the very same day and completed the required work. They did have to come back the next day as they did not have the replacement shower control ball on their truck. A new faceplate and ball were brought out and installed for no extra charge. Great job!

This was my third time to use Plumb Plumbing, after finding them on Angie's List. They have been wonderful every time (although this is my first AL review). Regarding this particular service, I had attempted to replace a leaking hose bib on the exterior of my home, but in taking off the leaking one, part of the threads on the copper tubing/nipple came off too. I called Plumb Plumbing at 7:30am on Monday morning, and Shane was at my house by 8:30am! He replaced the broken nipple, installed a new hose bib, checked for leaks (there were none). All went much smoother and faster (and less expensive) than I was anticipating. Plumb Plumbing has definitely become my go-to plumbing service company! (And thanks again Shane!)

The plumber diagnosed and fixed the problem. He was courteous and very professional.

It went very well, the plumber arrived in a timely manner, he explained and showed me what was not working, and what he would do to repair the problem. The work was done in an hour or so and there was no mess for me to clean up. The toilet has been working fined since the repair. My only complaint is Plumb Plumbing is expensive. I think if I have a problem in the future, I might try another plumber.

They were the least expensive and most experienced of three outfits I asked to bid on the job. Pre-job: I had a tenant in the house when the under-slab leaks began, so doing this kind of extensive work was going to be difficult for them. Plumb Plumbing understood this, and helped me work with the tenants to decide how the work could be done without inconveniencing the tenants. I felt this was "extra credit" on the part of Plumb Plumbing, I certainly didn't expect it. In the end, the tenants left the lease (different story, not at all related to Plumb Plumbing's performance). The job: Plumb Plumbing stayed with me through the delays imposed by the tenant, and stood by their initial estimates even though the work was delayed over a month. When they started, they did the work efficiently; met their schedule promises, kept me informed of progress (I was 2000 miles away); cleaned up and finished the drywall finish as specified in their contract; and turned the house over to my decorator/staging company in fine fashion. (I had by then decided to sell the property). My property manager took several pictures during and after the work, and I was totally satisfied with what I saw when I inspected it afterwards. Post job: And then, when the house was ready to close, the buyer wanted some tub fixtures renewed. Plumb Plumbing worked with my realtor, since the fixtures were quite hard to find: not quite custom-made. Plumb Pluming found the rare parts, gave me a range of estimates, ordered the parts and satisfied the buyer within days. All in all, very professional and skillful office staff, estimators, and workmen (The same guys throughout: Steve and Shane). But also, Plumb plumbing was very trusting of the various people I asked them to coordinate with, and extremely trustworthy themselves.

A faucet in one of the showers stopped delivering hot water. I called Plumb and a plumber came out that day. He told me that this was a problem frequently seen with this particular brand. He replaced the part that was broken. Because I have the same faucet in the master bath, I asked him to replace the same part in that shower as long as he was at the house and I was still under the hour appointment time. (I figured it was just a matter of time before I would have had to have him come out and this seemed like the most reasonable option.) He replaced that part as well, and I was pleased with the results. I spoke with him about a problem with the shower head height and he suggested options. When I decide to take care of that particular issue, I will probably call Plumb.

We had a leaking suckback valve on an exterior pool autofill. George showed up on time, disabled the autofill (at my request, since it had never worked right), plugged the pipe stub, and replaced a corroded garden hose valve, all on the same fitting. Since he was only 30 minutes into the minimum hour, I asked him to check out a leaking toilet supply valve. He changed the valve in about 15 minutes and left everything working, tidy, and clean.

It went very well. The punctuality, and professionalism were appreciated. It was a great expense, but one that would have been incurred anywhere I went.

I was able to schedule a visit for the next morning after I called. Shane was very responsive and professional when he arrived and assessed the situation quickly. He was able to clear the blockage quickly but discovered that I had a leak in both toilets. He provided me all my options and asked me questions regarding whether I planned to replace the toilets in the next few years or not. Within an hour after his leaving I discovered a new clog in the master toilet and had to call him back to clear another blockage. Not only was he able to return the same day, he did not charge me for the 2nd visit as he wasn't able to determine if it were a new blockage or that the first one hadn't completely gotten through the line. To me, it's not about the problem but the manner in which the problem is handled by the provider. I would give Shane an A+ for his customer service and speed in resolving. That means a lot to me.

He gave me a free estimate on installing one of two different water softeners and suggested I wait until I move into the house which will not be for another year. He was very informative and professional.

Plumb Plumbing has provided three past services for us: (1) In 2009 they dug (by hand) 8 feet down to remove a big tree root blocking our outside sewer pipe at a cost of about $1500, (2) In 2010 or 2011 they installed a new water shut-off valve outside and repaired an outside spigot (cost ~ $350), and (3) most recently in 2013 they helped install a new toilet at a cost of ~$180, as our floor drain flange was badly damaged and needed to be repaired before the toilet could be installed. This cost did not include the toilet, just the repair and proper seating of the new toilet. I hooked the toilet up myself once it was seated properly. Plumb Plumbing has always done a good job and I would use them again. However, one of their service people (who I always seem to get) is not into small talk, and I can tell that I grate on his nerves because I can be chatty. I trust Plumb Plumbing and would use them again. They get the job done and do it right.

We had a very good experience with Plumb Plumbing. They explained things. They were prompt in coming out.

The major leak was in the irrigation system, not in the pipes on the outside of the house leading to the irrigation filter. I would have been better off if I had engaged a plumber who handled both irrigation repairs and plumbing repairs. I may have had more work done than was really required. There was a small leak at the location where the outside pipes connected to the irrigation valve. The Plumb Plumber said the pipe was not at the correct angle, and was putting pressure on the irrigation connections; I gave him the go ahead to replace it. The new pipe was still at a slight angle, so I'm not convinced the work was entirely necessary. I had to employ an irrigation company to repair the major leak for another $143.

I spoke with them on the phone. My neighbor helped handle the project and she said they were the most professional and thorough people. They were very responsive with me and everything is very nice. The estimate was written very professionally. They did a really good job and gave me a good price. They were very professional and they were able to complete the work in a couple days.

Tech arrived early,after calling first. He installed the bidets and cleaned two bathroom drains. He was professional and completed the work in a timely manner. I used this company a few years ago. Because of the quality of their work I called them today.

He did an excellent job of helping me understand how my Rinnai worked and how to service the unit as well as getting me a quote on a soft water system. Also, he tightened a leaking leaking outdoor faucet and explained the hazards of getting flush to the wall outdoor faucets off.

It went well. The plumber found that I had copper pipes and therefore I did not need a re-piping estimate from him.

Wonderful--on time--personable--gave me choices-- left workplace clean--fixed problem. Fit me in the same day as it was an emergency.

They sent someone out to give us an estimate. They scheduled it and he arrived promptly within the window they said he would come. He was polite and efficient. He described the work they anticipated doing. He took measurents and said that they would e-mail me with an estimate of the cost. He didn't just wing a ball park estimate on the spur of the moment. The e-mail arrived later that day via a PDF attachment. I was pleasantly surprised at the price. I thought it was reasonable, since it was $200.00 lower than the estimate I had gotten from another company, who calculated their price based on us digging our own trench. They initially scheduled the work for a Friday but then called back in a couple hours when they realized that we needed to have Blue-Stake come out and mark our property for pre-existing utilities. Again, I was pleasantly surprised with the level of communication. Once the Blue-Stake was clear, they called the next day and were able to schedule me for 4 days later. The young gentleman arrived on time, early in the day and began work after outline his plan. He set to work and I could see that he was very competent. He was done in 2 and a half hours. He had to re do some of the plumbing that connected into the interior pipe because he anticipated some problems there. There was a hole in the stucco that was about 6 inches wide around the pipe that went into the house. He said someone would be out the next day to patch the stucco and sure enough, they were! At 7:30 AM the next morning they were here. I can see why they have such good reviews and I would hire them again!

They are good. About 8 years we used them in an emergency situation. They were here right away. It was easy to get an appointment quick. Their plumbers are very knowledgeable and explain things. They go that extra mile pretty much. When they come in to do something, a specific service, they might ask you if there is anything else in the time frame, whatever the hourly rate is.
